West Family Orthodontics: Kristine West, DDS, MS

Super fun, uplifting atmosphere. The staff is amazing and made my nervous 12 year old feel so comfortable during her braces! My younger child was getting restless while waiting and they offered her coloring and some toys to play with. Wonderful vibes all around.

I neverrrrrrrrr write reviews, but we had the best experience today at West Family Orthodontics I feel like I just have to. We had an ortho consult a few months ago for one of our kiddos and I just did not get good vibes from the office and my mama gut told me we could do better. And I am so so thrilled that we did, because we had an incredible time today (that feels weird to say about an orthodontist appointment, but it’s true!) at West. Every single person we came in contact with was super friendly, kind, and informative (both to me, as a parent, and to our kiddo). And the office itself is a dream— plants EVERYWHERE (if you know me, you know this is big bonus points haha), the coziest atmosphere, coffee and beverage station, the cutest teeth washing station for those ‘right from school’ appointments… we just kept saying it feels like a spa in here. Needless to say, we will be continuing our care here, and our kiddo left SO pumped about getting braces.

I hit it off with Madison from the start. Because she was no nonsense, no hard sell and so personable it helped with my decision to proceed with your practice.

Absolutely the best!! Great staff. Dr west is amazing. Editing to add that I am now done and I feel 1000% the same. They're the absolute best. ❤️ The picture I added doesn't even begin to tell the whole story. Dr West and her team were with me through the entire journey. She gently explained the process (I was very adamant i wasn't going to do the surgery and such, that needed to be done). She checked on me after my surgery (which she didnt have to do). I think she may have been more excited than me haha I am grateful for the support and encouragement.

The whole West Team is amazing I love it and they energy is everything. I made the right decision to go there. They do great work and very patient.
