I love the West Family they were truly amazing and each and every one of them was always a pleasure to see. They are very communicative and helpful. I commuted over an hour and half away mid way through due to moving and they were always so understanding when I needed to re schedule or was a little late. May teeth look great and I am very happy. Definitely recommend them! I will miss seeing them so often ❤️

Just got out of a consultation there for my 11 year old. After being told by the other Orthodontist in town that she needed braces immediately with a cost of 6K we sought a 2nd opinion. Dr. West met with us and explained that all of our daughters teeth hadn't fully dropped (my terminology) and that the ones that had are straight and coming in the right way. She advised us to wait 6 months and then come back for a recheck. So pleased to find a business that cares more about their customers than the bottom line. Would highly recommend anyone start here first before going to the other place who will try to pressure you into braces that day for a discount, even if they aren't needed.
