Very hospitable place to go to. Very well laid out and with state of the art equipment. The doctor was very approachable and helpful. I understand the clinic caters to the underprivileged and does charity work too

The best dental office, everyone is so nice and so friendly. Starting from the hygienist in the back, the assistant which are so quick in helping and making you feel comfortable, making sure to give always the right information by asking doctor before letting you leave if you have anything which is not in them power. And the best doctor ever I ever had is doctor Mareen. The front desk, not what supposed to be 👎 after my last visit in the office . Anyway, I love that place is so clean and organized inside. If I had the possibility I will give 10 stars because they deserve

At my last appointment, which it was this Monday I was received with smiles and hellos from both the receptionist . They were very friendly. I got seen on time. Yes, sometimes I had to wait, but I wait even with my primary care doctor with appointments that I had made six months in advance. The staff have always been extremely helpful and I do love talking with the receptionist. They always help me with my questions and appointments. It’s why I keep going there and have my family be seen there as well.

I had an exceptional experience at this dental place, not only did the receptionist(Pavli) handle all the administrative tasks efficiently, but they also showed genuine care and concern for my well-being. They patiently answered all my questions, explained the process, and even provided helpful tips. The rest of the staff, including the dentist, were equally remarkable. I left this dental place feeling not only satisfied with the quality of dental care I received but also grateful for the outstanding customer service provided by the front receptionist.

Worcester Hills Dental was first recommended to me by my family’s dentist. They were recommended because they had the skills & capabilities to care for all 4 of my children and their needs at the same time. They became our families dentist caring for myself and our children and we have now been with them for 10+ yrs. Dr. Mareen is so friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, she has always taken the time to give me advice & resources as needed. Her staff have always been friendly, outgoing, and helpful to me and my children. The front desk have always gone above and beyond making us feel like family and helping us with so much scheduling & coordinating with my big family and never making us feel bad if something happens.Of course every business has its good & bad days but The environment is very family friendly, Great dentistry and I recommend wether it’s yourself or a family. :)
