Dr.Hashem is exceptionally talented at his craft. The office is professional, the staff is attentive (thank you Claire!), and the fear of the dentist subsides when you see the care they place into their work. You aren’t supposed to cross your fingers when you go for an appointment. You’re supposed to cross your legs in the chair and leave with a smile. I did, and I’m sure you would too.

I visited Dr. Lo yesterday for a second opinion on a fractured tooth, and I had a wonderful experience. I had a very stressful morning because my first Uber driver left just as I walked out; I saw him moving and called out, but he refused to stop. I had to call another Uber driver, so I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. When I called the office, Claire at the front desk was so kind—she told me not to worry and to take it easy. Despite my being late, Dr. Lo still kindly saw me. She is very gentle and patient, which made me feel at ease immediately. She took the time to test my pulp twice to ensure the tooth was healthy and didn't need a root canal, which gave me great peace of mind. She even drew a diagram to explain exactly how my tooth had fractured and explained the treatment plan to me. I felt so comfortable with her expertise, kindness, and 'patient-first' approach that I booked my treatment appointment on the spot. I am looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Lo is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been to many dentists in NYC and the Boston area and she is by far the kindest, most considerate, and most skilled dentist ever. I've had to do a ton of dental work in the last two years and dental work is my worst nightmare in general. Dr. Lo has made it as easy as possible for me. It has always been a challenge to get me numb my whole life, and she always take the necessary time to ensure I am completely numb before beginning any work. In addition to being an incredibly skilled doctor, she is a delightful person and I always look forward to visiting her (never thought I would say that about going to the dentist). I am so grateful to have found this practice via several recommenders. My whole family now sees her.

I cannot thank Dr. Hashem and entire Smile Design team enough for their help over the years. Dr. Hashem is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and skilled, solving tooth pain that had gone unresolved for years. He and his team went above and beyond to help me and I will be forever grateful.

This is one of the cleanest, professional, kind dentist I ever had. My experience with dentists is not the best. Dr.Rana absolutely changed my perspective on dentists. The place overall is clean and has good vibes. Very welcoming. Highly recommend this place. They will not try to rip you off here. It’s a place to trust(rare to find). Thank you Dr.Rana!!
