The office feels professional without being overly formal. Everyone is approachable, and questions are welcomed rather than brushed aside. I appreciate how clearly treatment goals are discussed at each appointment. Knowing what to expect has made the entire process much less stressful and far more manageable.

So friendly and professional. Mary the assistant handling scheduling is a pure delight. On my first visit, Google maps had me in Randallstown looking for the office. She calmly helped me get my bearings and where I needed to be.

We were referred to Dr. Silverman by Today’s dental in Randallstown. We have been going there for about eight years and we love them. They spoke very highly of Dr. Silverman and staff. Everything that they said was 1000% true!! We received the most professional and friendly service from Dr. Silverman as well as his staff. Mrs. Mary and Destiny were so wonderful!! We had a very positive experience with Dr. Silverman They are so personable and they are willing to work with you! Not to mention, we were not waiting around to be seen. We were in and out. Overall, two thumbs up to Dr. Silverman and his staff!! If you go here, you will not be disappointed!

I came here to continue my Invisalign plan after a setback of losing my final trays a year prior to finding this office so I had to start from where I left off. Any issues/concerns that I had were discussed, to include consequences of specific changes. This Doctor's office has been a great help to finishing out my process. I made it to the end easily with their help.

Drs Gordon and Silverman are the best orthodontics I have ever met they make you feel comfortable. They’ve very reasonable they understanding ,negotiable and they make us feel like family. We never have a long wait. They’re always on time and they go above and beyond. I wouldn’t trade them for the world even when you call them for private calls they are so understanding and respectful. The front desk reception is so sweet and respectful and pleasant. I love them.
