Lang Orthodontics

Visit Date: 10/15/2025 Phenomenal practice! Our first visit was 10/7/2025, for a consult. We met the front desk staff and Dr. Lang. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very attentive and informative. We had great confidence in Dr. Lang, upon leaving the practice. On 10/15/2025, we were seen to have the braces put on. We were checked in quickly and Mrs. Maria was just as kind and sweet as she was the week prior. She greets you upon coming in and processes whatever paperwork is necessary, quickly. Facility: The facility and waiting area is clean and comfortable. It’s not overstimulating and no distracting noises. The exam room and the area they install/adjust the braces is organized and clean. Dr. Lang and the techs: Clean and hygienic! They wore masks (since they’re in close contact with their patients), washed their hands and wore gloves. Very friendly and has a good sense of humor. They kept us entertained throughout the process of putting the braces on. My daughter was a lot less anxious. Dr. Lang is clearly very skilled and experienced because he was able to apply the braces in a timely matter and we had no complaints of unnecessary discomfort or problems afterwards. The technician that assisted Dr. Lang was very kind and informative. She explained what could be expected and how to properly care for the braces. Wait time and time at the office: We were the only patients, so we were immediately seen, upon arrival. The overall time at the office was about 30-45 minutes. We expected to be there longer but was pleasantly surprised by how soon we were finished, without having to rush through the process. I am pleased and grateful we chose Lang Orthodontists for this braces journey.

My wife and I both got Invisalign through Dr. Lang and worked with Lang Orthodontics for about 2 years. We had a truly awesome experience with them from start to finish! Every appointment was super easy to schedule. Quite literally every single person at Lang Orthodontics was incredible to work with. From the start, it was very obvious that they deeply cared about us and made us feel welcome each time we came in. Goes without saying, but we are both THRILLED with the outcome of our treatment! If you're considering Invisalign in the Columbia area, you have to go here. Simply could not recommend them enough!

We had effective treatment and compassionate care at Lang Orthodontics. The dentists are kind and eager to answer any questions. The office staff is professional and friendly. The hygienists were very gentle as well. The atmosphere here is pleasant and friendly overall. My son had a very good experience here from start to finish with his braces. We recommend Lang Orthodontists!

My son started his treatment for his braces this past April. We have been very happy with Lang Orthodontics. We did an initial consultation at another practice, where they recommend years worth of additional treatment. At our initial consultation with Dr. Lang, his opinion was that the extra treatment wasn't necessary. I am so glad we chose Dr. Lang for his treatment. We can easily make appointments that fit our schedule, and we have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone on staff has been very nice, and as a bonus, my son and his siblings love the theatre room at the Lutherville location. I would definitely recommend Lang Orthodontics!

We picked five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars because more wasn’t an option. 😊 I cannot say enough good things about Doctors Lang and Lang. Our son has been a patient under their care and orthodontic treatment for the past few years. The front office staff is a beyond capable representation of how well the practice is run. They answered all our questions and provided all the billing information we needed to make informed decisions. Our son loved the care he received from Doctors Lang and Lang and their medical staff. They keep things lively and very upbeat while he was being seen for routine check ups and medical care. I appreciated their in depth and totally understandable medical explanations. The goody bag at the end of treatment was a welcome sight!!! Bottom line you and your child will love their attention to detail and their help getting you the best possible dental outcome. Now if they could just make house calls to ensure his compliance with the retainer!!!
