Dr. Krass and Courtney are absolutely phenomenal! I recently relocated and needed to find a new orthodontist to take over my treatment, which is a fairly complex case. From my very first interaction, they made the transition smooth and stress-free. The customer service is outstanding. They are welcoming, professional, and genuinely take the time to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Finding a new orthodontist in the middle of treatment can be overwhelming, but I am so grateful I found this office. I feel confident that I am in excellent hands and look forward to completing my orthodontic treatment here. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care! 😊

I had a positive experience at Krass Orthodontics from the very first call I made to ask if they accepted my insurance. Although they were not initially sure whether it would work, the lady at the front desk, Chris, was kind and took the time to explain everything and help me anyway. I had previously called other orthodontic offices, and they would simply say, “No, we don’t work with that insurance. Goodbye.” I appreciate Chris and the new lady at the front desk. Dr. Krass is personable, kind, knowledgeable, and funny, with a great sense of humor. He took the time to explain my situation and what treatment would work best while taking my thoughts and concerns into consideration. I look forward to receiving my Invisalign and beginning treatment. They also offer a great payment plan. I appreciate doing business with and working with Dr. Krass to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. I also like that the office is welcoming, cozy, and equipped with new technology all in one place. It has the feel of a small, genuine business. Thank you for your great work and kindness. And yes, they do accept my insurance!

My daughter sees Dr Krass for her braces. I will honestly say Dr Krass took his time explaining treatment recommendations and we didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. He’s efficient. We are very happy with our experience at Krass orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, both my son and I felt completely at ease. Rather than jumping straight to an expensive treatment plan, he took the time to thoroughly evaluate my son’s condition, explain everything clearly, and offer a few thoughtful remedies along with a monitoring period before forcing to the next step. That kind of patient-first mindset is rare and deeply appreciated. But perhaps the biggest win? My son actually follows the instructions he was given — and for a kid, that says everything! The orthodontist communicated with him in such a friendly, relatable way that my son felt involved and motivated rather than intimidated. My 10-year-old is currently getting her braces done by Dr. David, and we’ve had a great experience so far. He is cheerful and friendly, which makes each visit enjoyable. My daughter actually looks forward to going in! The orthodontic office is also very clean and has a welcoming, lively atmosphere.
