Walking into this office was so relaxing. It us absolutely beautiful! The staff is very welcoming. They are very kind and make you feel extremely comfortable. My daughter and I were really impressed. Dr Gallagher is a really cool person and she gave us options and left it up to us to decide..Very thorough..It was an all around refreshing experience! Highly recommend

My experience at AGO was excellent! Staff was very friendly and provided me with clear detailed instructions on how to manage my new Invisalign treatment. Dr Gallagher’s caring nature and expertise highlighted my visit! Her office is high end yet comfortable making me feel at ease. The goody bag was packed with fun colored essentials. I highly recommend this business.

Nice people at the front desk. Kind and attentive assistant. Dr Gallagher was so welcoming and didn’t make me feel stupid when explaining our future plans. They also were very professional, and got back to me as soon as they could. This was my very first time at an orthodontist so it was a 10/10 experience. Today I got my braces, it was painless (got painful towards the end obviously) and quick. The Drs were really kind. My sister sat with me and said she loved the experience and she’s not even a patient here.

Our experience with AGO has been top notch. Dr. Gallagher (Whetzel) is pure sunshine and put my children at ease immediately with her chair side manner. The consultation was light and informative. She even took the time to record a video for my husband to explain my son’s intricate treatment plan in layman’s terms we could understand! Is it normal to smile bigger with braces on? My daughter is proof that it’s possible! She loves her look and I can’t wait to see her shining smile after correction. I have been impressed with AGO from the moment I called for our first consultation. The staff at the Cross Keys office is FABULOUS. Kelsey, Laura and the rest of the team made us feel like VIPs and I felt genuine care for my children.

I usually have anxiety about visiting the dentist, but the entire staff was so kind, patient, and reassuring that they truly helped ease my nerves. You can genuinely tell they love what they do. Dr. Gallagher’s team made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
