The office was very accommodating in fitting me in to see Dr. Goodwin on short notice. From the moment you walk in you can tell the practice is exceptionally clean and the technology is state of the art. The entire staff was also warm and professional throughout my visit. Dr. Goodwin took the time to explain every step of the process, including the diagnosis and treatment plan which helped put me at ease. Throughout the procedure, he was attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I never felt a thing! His assistant Tanya was also very efficient and her humorous banter kept things light. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend care with this dynamic duo!

I cannot thank Dr. Goodwin and his staff enough. I had been in pain for well over a week, so I was concerned as it was a few days out from the 4th of July that I was going to have to deal with this for another week or more. His staff was able to get me right in and perform a root canal. Even thought I was very uncomfortable, he and his staff really made me feel welcome and relaxed. I am thankful that his business does take VA Veterans and am very pleased with how I was treated and the kindness of Dr. Goodwin and his staff. Thank you.

My experience at ROOT was nothing short of stellar. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. From reception to the hygienists to the dentists and surgeons, everyone was accommodating and hospitable. All of my questions and concerns were met with thoughtful, thorough explanations — something a curious patient like me truly appreciates. The hygienists were easy to talk to, friendly and even funny, while remaining professional and considerate. The dentist was outstanding. He made everything easy to understand, explained things clearly and concisely, and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. I highly recommend ROOT to anyone needing dental care and will absolutely be referring friends and family.

I had work scheduling issues and I canceled my appoint 24 hour notice the first time the second time I had a domestic violence issue I was going through the manager called me so hostile just now that I told her to forget it and take me off of her schedule I think she needs to take a breath and realize the way she speaks to people is not ok she was immediately hostile immediately aggressive towards me over the phone I was just in a bad relationship where I as hurt repeatedly yelled atso thank you for giving me PTSD all over again! You need to realize people have things going on in their lives that you don't know about! So maybe speak calmly and not like you just spoke to me!

It might seem odd to read this but my root canal was such a great experience overall! All of the staff were professional and friendly- no waiting. Dr. Tangredi (also friendly) did such excellent work quickly and with expertise! Highly recommend!
