Shoutout to Joe, one of the assistants that preps you prior to seeing Dr. Sye. Fun guy to be around, very friendly while also professional. Hope he knows the value he brings! I've never had a procedure done & they were amazing from beginning to end - no pain, super informative, always taking time to answer my questions & I really appreciated their attention to detail & perfection! I hesitate leaving this review, because I don't want to make it hard to get an appointment 😅 Thrive is fantastic! From the first phone call to the end of our first visit, the best! The hygienist that my husband was on the books with has left, so his appointment got bumped which is frustrating. But they're on it and working on getting him in as soon as possible. Meanwhile, my son and I went in and had a great time! I told my husband that I'd stop by just to hangout with the staff for fun! Thanks so much!

Dr. Sye is the reason I am no longer riddled with anxiety and panic attacks about going to the dentist! He's like if a human was a warm hug, I highly recommend him!! His assistant Joe is just as wonderful! Mandi, Jess, and Jen at the front desk are exceptional as well! Thrive is very empathetic with billing issues and truly care about every patient! I love them!

I was originally scheduled to be seen in January and placed on a waitlist, but to my surprise, they went out of their way to bring me in sooner and I was seen the next morning. That simple act of kindness made such a difference. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt cared for, valued, and at ease. Every staff member greeted me with warmth and compassion, and the doctor took genuine care in explaining every step and ensuring I was comfortable. They replaced my crown beautifully with precision and attention to detail, but what stood out most was how much they truly cared about my well-being. It’s rare to find a team that treats you not just as a patient but as a person. Their kindness, professionalism, and commitment to excellence are unmatched.
