Thrive Dental Studio

The staff and Dentist, Dr. Fig, were professional, kind, and caring. I have never felt that relaxed at a dental office, and I am usually a nervous dental patient. I was very positively impressed!

I cannot even begin to adequately describe how much I love Thrive Dental. I was in the middle of having an implant done at another practice and was having a bad experience. I figured I'd try calling around to see if I could possibly continue the work elsewhere and was lucky enough to call Thrive. From the very first conversation they were going above and beyond to help me; Jessica, Mandi, and Connor were all calling and texting me to help me get scheduled immediately, letting me know the pricing, doing everything they could to help with insurance, and keeping me updated each step of the way. The work that I needed was a bit complicated and required the office to overnight a new device, but they did not ever act like I was being a burden--in fact they did absolutely everything they possibly could do in order to help me as fast as possible. In the appointment itself, Erica and Dr. Figs were incredibly nice, patient, and put me at such ease-- I have never encountered a team of people as professional and kind as they all are in this office. In the short amount of time I have been working with Thrive, they have outreached me to get me seen sooner than I was originally going to be seen on multiple occasions, have made last-minute adjustments to improve my care and make things easier for me, have saved me literally THOUSANDS of dollars compared to my other dentist, and again, they are literally the nicest people on earth. I had accepted that I was likely going to be waiting until the end of the summer to finish this dental work at the other practice, and now, early in the summer, Thrive has finished EVERYTHING for me. I am so happy and I would tell anyone to come here, having a great team of people helping you with stressful things like dental work makes such a massive difference. Thank you all so much for being so great at what you do!!!

I am on vacation and had no plans to go to the dentist, but my 40 year old permanent retainer decided to give way on a piece of crusty toast. I stopped in to see if it could be fixed. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Mandi took the time to look up my insurance info and give us a price before they got me in. My wife said while I was in the chair, Mandi was nice to everyone she talked to on the phone. She even called my dentist in Illinois to let them know I was there and what I had done. The dentists were also friendly and explained the process, which was painless and quick. It was an unexpected visit, but a positive one. To all in the office, thank you!

Honestly so happy we found Thrive Dental Studio. Everyone there is incredibly kind and welcoming and you can tell they really care about their patients. The office is beautiful, clean, and runs so smoothly, which makes appointments feel way less stressful. They explain everything clearly, never make you feel rushed, and are amazing with both our kids and us. The whole team is friendly and professional and it just feels like a place that genuinely wants people to have a good experience. I also love the aquarium and the Lego art!

My Dentist at Thrive is awesome. Very thoughtful, kind, and patient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dental care.
