We had such a great experience with Dr. Shems and Foreside Orthodontics. The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They made every visit around our schedule and took the time to explain each step of the process. You can really tell they care about their patients and helping everyone achieve a confident, beautiful smile. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking to improve their smile and have a great experience along the way.

Funny I have a split review. Growing up received great care. Although the last couple years have been dealing with chronic illness and really bad MCAS I developed severe allergies and started reacting to the metal retainer in my mouth that my immune system became allergic to. I called to try and get it out- explained how it was somewhat urgent & my situation. I asked to get it removed and they said it would be $400 to get a small metal wire removed for something that I was reacting to daily. I even called a few times to explain my situation. I didn’t want it out for any other reason other than my health. To my disappointment I was met with no way to lower the price - even when i havent even been able to work because of illness. I went to another local place that took it out happily for $100, had much compassion for me, cared about how it was affecting my health issues, and was KIND to me. Took them 10-15 minutes. I wrote this because it is crazy to me how morals and empathy / understanding are severely not cared about these days. I thought I would’ve been met with care and compassion- and was severely shocked at the coldness I encountered for my situation. All that was cared about was money and not a patients health.

My son went to this office for Invisalign and they did a wonderful job. I’d like to personally thank the entire staff… from the front desk, to Dr. Shem and everyone in between. My son felt very comfortable coming into this office and so did this mama. Thank you for the wonderful care. Thank you for giving my son a wonderful, healthy smile.

Dr. Shems and her team have created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that put my autistic son immediately at ease. He needed a palate expander then braces. They accommodated his sensory issues with sensitivity and patience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Shems and the amazing, skilled assistants at Foreside Orthodontics have made the process of finding my smile a truly happy experience! With them, I have been able to go from being nervous about dental work, to looking forward to my appointments. From the minute I first walked in the door, I knew that I was in good hands, and the results of their work are far better than I could have imagined!
