Dr Shems is so friendly and welcoming as is the whole staff! The quality of care is high and in my son’s case we saved almost a thousand dollars on his palette expander by seeing Dr. Shems. They also offer family discounts and teacher discounts so they are giving price breaks when they can. Dr Shems even shaped one of my teeth for free!

Everyone at Dr. Shems office has been extremely kind and accommodating. My daughter is progressing through her braces really well and enjoys her visits!

We love Dr. Shems and staff! I remember going to the orthodontist when I was young; it was a hole in the wall, down dark steps, into a dreary, outdated office that I never wanted to go to. Dr. Shems is so the opposite. It is open, bright, inviting. There are multiple places to sit in comfort while you wait, colorful artwork/pictures and some cool distractions (like this frost wall!). The technology progressive. There is an app where scans are uploaded and you can communicate with the doctor. Even new offerings like the Invisalign palate expander (who knew?) My son’s favorite, the “ortho bucks” which he can redeem for prizes.
