I had an amazing experience at Casco Bay Smiles! They truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. I was especially impressed that they were able to make me a same-day temporary retainer, which was a huge relief and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients. They also use the latest technology, which made the entire process smooth, fast, and reassuring. The staff took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I can’t recommend them enough—exceptional service all around!

Just went in for my first cleaning. Great experience, friendly staff that care about doing a great job. Also the doctor did not jump on the opportunity to sell me Invisalign when I asked about it, and made it clear that I did not need it, though it was an option if I wanted it. I've been to dentists that felt like they wanted to push me into treatments, and did not feel that way here. Felt cared for and left happy!

Very warm from the outset. Each staff member including Dr. McVety was genuinely personable, comforting, reassuring and respectful as if I were the most important person in the building. I felt no shame for any dental issues i came in with. The examination was totally gentle. After this my initial visit i was telling a friend that I realized I never felt rushed whatsoever. For me it was a “red letter day”! For such a clearly what i consider high end practice, the team is delightfully down to earth .. good vibes !

My wife and I, both in our mid 70's, needed dental care. My wife was extremely anxious about her treatment. Her last dentist brushed off her concerns and made no accommodations addressing her concerns. Dr. McVety listened to her and understood what she needed and arranged IV sedation that ensured her comfort and reduced her anxiety. I have just started a dental program with Casco Bay Smiles and am very impressed with Dr. McVety and his staff. His relaxed approach and willingness to take the time needed to assess my needs was assuring that our decision to go to Casco Bay Smiles was correct.

Always end up leaving happy after my visits here. Getting an appointment scheduled isn’t like any other dentist I’ve ever been to, they can get you in quick and they work very well with your schedule. I came here because I have dental anxiety, and each visit gets easier and easier because the staff is so friendly, accommodating and relatable. Highly recommend!
