Maine Dentistry - Portland

Major upgrade from my previous dentist who shall remain nameless. The facility is bright and modern, and has the most up-to-date tech I've ever seen at a dental office (including a tv on the ceiling playing Great British Bake-off). Hygienist Sophany was fun to talk to, and really transparent about every step of the appointment. I didn't realize I knew so little about my own teeth until today 😂

Sophany was the best! She was kind, gentle and thorough. I look forward to seeing her again for my next cleaning!

Sophany is amazing! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down and was both gentle and incredibly thorough during my cleaning. I never thought I’d actually look forward to going to the dentist, but that changed when I started going to Maine Dentistry!

Had a very negative interaction with the manager named Ashley. Would not recommend. Plenty of other places to get dental work done.

Easiest one star review I’ve had to write. I made an appointment, and the lady said she’d send me the forms I need to fill out. Waited half a day, nothing was sent, so followed up that afternoon about it. Forms were sent. I filled them out. Office messaged me multiple times over the next 24hrs to complete the forms and even threatened to cancel my appointment if I did not complete the forms. When I go to look at the forms their website says I’ve completed them. Then I need to wait for them to actually send me the forms with a new link so they don’t cancel my appointment. Not cool. Treat your patients well. Do not threaten your patients. It’s simple.
