Their website says "no judgement mentality" and I'm happy to say that is absolutely true. The dental hygienist I saw, Chelsea, was very knowledgeable and walked me through what she saw and her and the doctor made a plan for fixing the issue. She asked about my dental anxiety and helped identify solutions for putting me at ease during cleanings. It's only been one visit, but I can honestly say it's a completely different vibe than other dental offices. Very glad I found them! Bonus points for TV on the ceiling!

I had my first visit today and Chelsea made the entire experience so comforting. I have really bad dental anxiety, but she reassured me the whole time, explained everything throughly and kindly, and made me feel at ease from start to finish. Everyone in the office was incredibly sweet and welcoming as well. I’m so grateful for such a positive first experience! Also the ambience is everything!! Thank you.

Maine Dentistry is my favorite dentist. I had to change between dental clinics a few times over the past few years due to work. This dental office is overall just great. All the staff are so kind. My dental hygienist Eliza does an incredible job and is very gentle. Dr Clark did a filling more painlessly and quickly than I have ever seen. Definitely come to this dentist if you’re searching for a new one in the Portland area!

I had such a great experience at this dental office. The space is beautiful and welcoming, and even the music in the lobby was an absolute vibe. I had the best time jamming to it while waiting, which was a great distraction before my appointment. My hygienist, Chelsea, was amazing. I have severe dental anxiety and she was incredibly patient, kind, and empathetic. She really listened to my concerns, made thoughtful recommendations, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and cared for. She was attentive the entire time and made me feel like I was her most important patient. The TVs in the treatment rooms were another great touch…I got to watch a baking show while she cleaned my teeth, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this, but I can’t wait to go back, and I have never said that about a dentist office before! Highly recommend.

Everyone was great! Friendly and helpful front desk staff. My hygienist Eliza was careful, thorough, and provided tons of info about what was happening and what it all meant. Dentist was friendly and made an effort to accommodate my tight schedule. Would highly recommend Maine Dentistry especially to people who are anxious or stressed about these visits. This was as clear and painless and a dentist appointment could (reasonably) be.
