The orthodontist came across as calm and experienced from the beginning, which helped because I was nervous about needing major corrections. They reviewed everything thoroughly and explained realistic expectations instead of promising perfection overnight. One thing I’ve noticed is how patient the assistants are during longer appointments, especially when adjustments become uncomfortable. I did experience extra soreness after one tightening visit, but they answered my questions quickly and gave advice that genuinely helped. The office can get noisy during after-school hours, though it still runs efficiently overall. My teeth already look far more aligned than before and smiling feels much less awkward now during conversations or photos.
