Bird Smiles Orthodontics

It’s an ok location with paid and free street parking. I’ll preface by saying we’ve had somewhat negative experiences with dentists, specifically diagnosing issues that turn out to be wrong when we get second opinions. That being said, the staff are friendly enough, but I’d prefer to be next to my kid while they’re doing their procedures, as it’s a smaller kid and gets panicked easily. The waiting room is nice with an activities table and a couple seats for parents & patients to wait. Let’s see how the next couple visits go and maybe I’ll change my rating.

I’ve been going to Bird Smiles for the past 2 years and they are amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and make an effort to get to know you. At every appointment they will keep you updated on your progress. They are also very flexible and understand there may be changes in your schedule! If you need to change your appointment date or time and let them know ahead of time, they will do their best to work things out. The office is also clean and very well decorated. Parents can sit on sofas and children can color or solve crossword puzzles. You can tell the staff enjoy what they do and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my braces journey!

Bird Smiles Orthodontics was the smoothest appointment I've had in a long time. After I called to make an urgent appointment, the receptionist was able to squeeze me in later that same day. Dr. Katie Clark understood my situation immediately after only a couple of questions. She laid out several options, allowing me to select the one I was most comfortable with. The appointment was finished in under an hour. I will be returning to Bird Smiles for any future orthodontic work I require.

Honestly had the best experience! Everyone is so friendly and interested in more than just my perfect smile🥹. They remembered when I’m graduating, asked about my family back home, how is college etc. I literally felt so loved and appreciated. All my concerns were answered and treated me with so much care!! I became obsessed with my braces and now I have a smile that I’ve always wanted🥹. Thank you so much!!

I’m really happy with my results from Bird Smiles Orthodontics. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and truly worked with me every step of the way to get the best possible results. I especially enjoyed working with May, Joy, and Dr. Talley. They were kind, patient, and made the whole process feel comfortable and personalized.
