It’s an ok location with paid and free street parking. I’ll preface by saying we’ve had somewhat negative experiences with dentists, specifically diagnosing issues that turn out to be wrong when we get second opinions. That being said, the staff are friendly enough, but I’d prefer to be next to my kid while they’re doing their procedures, as it’s a smaller kid and gets panicked easily. The waiting room is nice with an activities table and a couple seats for parents & patients to wait. Let’s see how the next couple visits go and maybe I’ll change my rating.

My younger sister recommended this office after finishing braces treatment herself, and seeing her results convinced me to finally schedule a consultation. The orthodontist came across as calm and experienced from the beginning, which helped because I was nervous about needing major corrections. They reviewed everything thoroughly and explained realistic expectations instead of promising perfection overnight. One thing I’ve noticed is how patient the assistants are during longer appointments, especially when adjustments become uncomfortable. I did experience extra soreness after one tightening visit, but they answered my questions quickly and gave advice that genuinely helped. The office can get noisy during after-school hours, though it still runs efficiently overall. My teeth already look far more aligned than before and smiling feels much less awkward now during conversations or photos.

I’ve been going here for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which makes the whole process much less stressful. I always feel well taken care of and supported—highly recommend!
