I was greated by the receptionist at the door with a smile. My hygienist was WONDERFUL. Very pleasant cleaning experience. Gentle hands and thorough too. My dentist was fun. Those goofy glasses made me laugh. His assistant was kind and pleasant. Good visit.

Dr and staff were very informative of what was needed, very friendly and efficient. There work was thorough and seen to my needs. Excellent to put their trust in your dental needs. The staff was vey professional, comfortable atmosphere and would highly recommend. Had an appointment with Hygenist today, great personality, professional and efficient. Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had with a dental office. From the front desk to the back, everyone was professional, kind and caring. They answered all my questions. They followed through with everything that I asked. For someone who has fear of going to the dentist, this was the best experience I could’ve asked for!

I can’t say enough good things about Shreveport Dental Solutions! I’m fairly new to the area and I’m so glad I found this office! I was dealing with severe tooth pain and initially thought it was a wisdom tooth issue. Thankfully, they offer convenient online scheduling, including emergency appointments, and I was able to book an appointment online and get seen first thing the next morning. It turned out that I actually had a cavity. I was also scheduled to travel out of town the following day, and the team went above and beyond to make it work. They literally worked me into their schedule, accommodated me between other patients, and even stayed longer to make sure I could receive the treatment I needed before leaving town. That level of flexibility and genuine care really meant a lot to me. Dr. Ben Kacos was extremely professional and compassionate. One of the first things he asked me was, “How can I best take care of you?” That may sound simple, but it immediately made me feel like my care was his priority. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor ask me that before. The entire staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. The office is clean and organized, and they have up-to-date technology. More than anything, the overall atmosphere and energy of the office are amazing. You can tell that everyone genuinely cares about their patients. I can confidently say that I’ve found my dentist moving forward. I’m extremely thankful to Dr. Ben Kacos and the entire Shreveport Dental Solutions team. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, flexible, caring, and willing to go the extra mile for their patients, I highly recommend them!

From the front desk to Gabby and Dr Patel it was probably the best first dental visit I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel like i was about to fave a panic attack!! They did all they could to help me feel at ease. Will need to have a tooth extracted but that’s ok I’m in a lot of pain so ready. I have awful dental anxiety and they were so kind about that and said they would take good care of me. Would highly recommend based on my first impression! Great customer service 🩷
