I had a nice first experience. Consultation went well. very affordable. I got my braces on my assistant Stephanie and she was informative and gentle. They had a back order on the special bonding glue for my crown so I wasn't able to get that but they were able to make it work and I can always come back if there is an issue. I cant wait to see my results. So far slight soreness but overall not bad pain.

Not only are they affordable, but the staff is extremely nice and friendly. They get you in and out quickly. I highly recommend. Easy communication, they text quickly and are easy to respond. In my situation, I wasn't able to continue with the service and I was initially told it would take 8 weeks to schedule an appointment to remove the braces. But the doctor decided they could squeeze us in right away due to us being from far away. And they got it done quickly. It just shows how kind and accommodating the staff is. I wish all doctors offices were like this.

I really like this place so far, it was really quick to get my braces paid for and put on, Dr. Wickson is really nice, very straightforward and very blunt, but very nice about it, I just got my braces put on a few days ago, a little uncomfortable but no pain for the most part, I’m not sure of the woman’s name that put them on but she was really sweet aswell! I can’t wait to get my bottom ones done in a few weeks, thank you!!

My daughter had her braces put on 9/10/24. The staff was amazing throughout the whole treatment. Scheduling was always easy and if something didn't work for our schedule they always found a way to work around it. Everytime we was in the office we would see Dr. Wickson. Today 10/10/25 my daughter had her braces removed and started her retainers! They were amazing with explaining everything! I look forward to returning if needed with my other 2 children!

I would recommend Smileyville braces. The stuff are very professional,would take care of you. I love the vibe when u walk in. The lady’s there are very nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Art Wickson is one of a kind.you all did an amazing job. Happy holiday and many blessings❤️
