I'm delighted that my primary dentist at Family Dental Associates referred me to Dr. Nancy Shackleton. The entire process was smooth, everyone in the office was highly professional, and I appreciated their ability to accommodate my request for late appointments. Additionally, the first day of getting my braces was a great experience; I loved how smooth the process of putting them on was.

Very happy with our experience! So happy that we have our second child in braces with them now 😀The office is nice and clean. The staff is caring, friendly and takes such great care of our kids. Dr. Nancy Shackleton is wonderful! She walks you through the treatment and explains everything. Our daughter has an absolutely beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Nancy and her staff!

Dr Shackleton and her staff are top tier professionals. They are kind and very helpful and always patient. I’ve had two daughters get braces here and now it’s my turn! I would never consider going anyplace else, ever!

Dr Shackleton and her staff are top notch. Very attentive and explains everything thoroughly. She has done braces for both our children and we love the results. Now we’re seeking help for my husband and I as adults to fix a few things.

Dr. Shackleton and staff are wonderful! Both of my daughters received their orthodontic care from Dr. Shackleton and their results are amazing. One of my daughters won the “best smile” award in her senior class. She uses the latest advancements in orthodontic care and their treatments were quick and affordable. You can’t go wrong here. Best decision ever!
