Disappointed with Billing and Communication at Watkins Dentistry (now Natural Smiles) I’ve been a long-time patient of Watkins Dentistry (now Natural Smiles) and always trusted their services. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. They performed a filling procedure without confirming with me which material would be used or whether it was covered by my insurance. Later, I found out that the material they chose wasn’t covered — and now I’m being billed for it out of pocket. In the past, I’ve always paid upfront and never had any outstanding bills, so I expected better transparency and communication. It was their responsibility to verify coverage and discuss options with me before proceeding. It’s frustrating to see this kind of mistake from a clinic I’ve trusted for years. I hope they improve their process and ensure patients are clearly informed before any treatment.

I called this office because other dentists said I had to be treated by a specialist due to preexisting conditions... I called and explained every bit of history then also filled out my paperwork to reflect the same... I went to my appointment and had to pay $149.00 that allegedly isn't covered by insurance and they wouldn't even try to submit it... After waiting 45 min for the Dr, she immediately informed me that she couldn't perform the procedure due to my pre-existing conditions that I had already made clear multiple times... I feel like it was just a money grab... I had to borrow the money to be able to make the appointment... I can't believe there's not more morals in today's society...

I've been a patient of Dr. Gill's for a few years. Her practice is clean and welcoming. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Tiffany makes me feel at ease during my appointments and plays great music too! The last year or two my dental health has improved, which is so great. I look forward to going in for my check-ups.

I love coming to Natural Smiles!! Dr. Gill and her staff never fail to take great care of me. Claire is so patient and kind and always makes sure I have a smooth visit! The office is very nice and updated and clean which makes for a comfortable experience. 5 stars - Go check them out!

So much great things to say about Natural Smiles. I love that I barely have to wait for my appointment. Dr. Gill is very professional and always willing to listen to concerns and provide answers. Tiffany has always been an all-star every time I go in for a checkup / cleaning. In fact, all staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
