The pricing itself … I ask for the amount to have braces removed and the reply was high and we don’t include retainers. I said most places do and she told me, “your more than welcome to got to those people”. 3 kids treated there. My wife chose, now I’m paying attention. She was condescending and unprofessional. Never again !

Went here as a kid. When I said something hurt, Dr. Child would reply “no it doesn’t” despite my mouth bleeding. Pulled not-loose baby teeth without warning or pain medicine—just ripped them out. Once he jammed a toothbrush handle under my molar trying to pry it out and only stopped when I physically pushed his hands away. He acted like I was being a huge baby and misbehaving somehow. It’s been years but you never forget when someone mistreats you like this. It completely changed the way I viewed drs. I was shocked to see he’s still practicing.

Mike Child has been treating my family for at least 20 years, my brothers and myself, and he is now onto treating the next generation (our own kids). I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
