Dr. Kress and her team were very welcoming and thorough in their work! Dr. Kress took the time to explain the x-rays and to educate me during my appointment. I greatly appreciated the no-judgment as someone who has been nervous to return to the dentist after several years of not going!

Doctor Kress and her staff are really great. I'm traveling in the area and needed some work done and she got me in so quickly. The therapy dog buddy is so cute and helpful ☺️ as someone who usually has anxiety he makes it so easy for me. Ask about her in office dental plan! If you are uninsured it will save you a ton of money. She's really dedicated to giving you the best smile possible and you can tell she cares.

I was in need of a second opinion after seeing a different dental office and to establish patient care with a dentist whom I could trust. Dr Kress and her assistant were wonderful! She took the time to do a thorough exam, explain in detail my condition, give options, and fill a cavity the same day. I like that they are a small practice and that Dr. Kress is involved in all aspects of her practice. She is friendly, caring, fun and even has a cute, calm therapy dog at the office. I am glad to have found this practice.

Dr. Kress is amazing! Commonwealth Smiles fit me into their schedule on the same day I cracked my tooth even though I wasn’t an established patient. Also, they’ve got a resident service dog named Buddy who is incredible! 10/10

Went in for my appointment after paying the $77 reservation fee to hold your spot. upon arriving the front desk was helping someone on the phone which was fine and I waited and then she was having me fill out my new patient paperwork. while I was in the middle of filling out my paperwork the dentist comes from the back and says were half way through my appointment and another appointment was at 1:50 so we needed to figure out what we were going to do. If I rescheduled I would still have to pay another $77 to hold my spot for that appointment bc I was charged my original $77 for "not making my appointment" even thought I was there I just was still filling out paperwork after waiting on front desk to get off phone. I will not be returning and wanted to make sure anyone else looking into them was aware of what can happen.
