Dr. Jeri Stull Orthodontics - Fort Thomas

Dr. Stull and her entire team are professional, friendly, and truly exceptional. Our family has trusted Dr. Stull with our orthodontic care for years. Both of my children were patients. Now I’m an Invisalign patient myself, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Dr. Stull and her staff always make you feel comfortable, take the time to answer questions, and deliver outstanding results. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist they can trust.

My kids loved going to the orthodontist. The entire staff does an excellent job. My daughter, 11 years old, told me when we were leaving her last appointment that her orthodontist was a really good pick! I completely agreed with her!

I went in for a fixed retainer after finishing my treatment plan letting them know that my teeth weren’t textbook 100% straight and just wanted something to retain my teeth after treatment with another office. Contacted this office after doing motto aligners and was told by the front desk they had a few options for fixed retainers if my bite is off off and can’t to the typical the retainer for behind the teeth. Expecting a great experience I quickly became aware of the bate and switch. I was informed there was only the one fixed retainer, the bar behind the teeth and it was made a joke that the front desk don’t really know everything so they just brushed it off their shoulders. Then when I met Dr Stull, she stood behind me while I was laying in the chair and proceeded to first point out and say “ are you doing anything about that chip in your tooth?” not realizing she was talking about the wear on my front tooth from grinding when my teeth weren’t straight. Then proceeded to basically tell me she wasn’t going to do anything bc I was at another office when in reality, I wasn’t, I was done with the other office. My current dentist doesn’t do aligners so I had to go to another dentist who offered aligners. Despite the fact that my bottom teeth could have had a permanent retainer still applied, it was refused and all the focus was on trying to get my to be a client and pay an additional 5k+ to do their aligners and then do the permanent retainer. I will say, the dental assistant warned me Dr. Stull is a “perfectionist” but realistically it was an insulting experience and was kind of floored she refused to even do the smallest amount that she could do just bc I was coming from another office. I understand being thorough and not having too many cooks in the kitchen as I myself and a service provider but she generalized me and made assumptions and wasted my time after waiting 3 weeks to get in. I guess be prepared knowing this office will not do what they can but merely will focus on the sales aspect than doing even the smallest thing they could.

Stull and her team are exceptionally skilled at creating beautiful smiles. We, my daughters and 1, have placed our trust in her office and have always been thoroughly satisfied. The staff's kindness and warmth exhibited during every visit are added bonuses. For orthodontic care, Stull is an excellent choice.

Everyone at the office is so nice. They made me and my daughter feel comfortable at our visit. I was given the price breakdown and it was clearly explained. I wanted to discuss how we wanted to pay with my husband, so they respectfully left the room while I made the phone call. The scanning was quick and easy and the dippin' dots are a major bonus! I feel secure in my decision to see Jeri Stull Orthodontics for my childrens' orthodontic needs.
