I had a cleaning and cavity filling done with this office. Dr. Colton and his team exceeded my expectations! They made me feel comfortable and patiently explained everything to me including ways I can improve my oral health.

The scheduling process was pleasant, and I appreciated receiving new patient forms ahead of time—they actually read them, so fill them out! However, check-in was a bit awkward; the woman at the front desk wasn’t very personable, and I briefly wondered if I even had an appointment given her silence. Thankfully, the hygienist, Stephanie, completely turned things around. She explained every step before starting, was gentle with my sensitive teeth, and frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable. When I shared my needs, she listened and followed through. Both Stephanie and Dr. Hartline provided helpful recommendations, and overall, this is one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

Dr. Hartline, Chisolm Creek Dental, along with everyone in office from front staff to my hygienist, Rene, have been professional yet personable caring for my teeth. On time, helpful tips, awareness of me as an individual, every time!

I’ve been going to this practice since before this practice. The staff are all so wonderful, it feels like family or like a practice in a small town. Dr. Hartline is kind, smart, and encouraging. Cannot recommend Chisholm Trail Dental enough!
