I had a fantastic experience with my adult braces at Fry Orthodontics. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Nikisha walked me through my initial appointment and did an amazing job guiding me every step of the way, including all the behind-the-scenes details. Dr. Don and Samantha were always professional, friendly, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I have to give a special shoutout to Lorenzo at the front desk — he was honestly what I looked forward to at every appointment! Always smiling, genuinely caring, and bringing such wonderful energy to the office. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend Fry Orthodontics to anyone considering braces.

I cannot recommend Fry Orthodontics more!! I’m a college student who never got braces as a child. Trust me when I say the technicians work efficiently while taking care not to hurt your mouth. The entire staff is top class, professional, welcoming, and they make you feel like you’re in the right place. Dr. Don is always there to make you feel reassured. Lorenzo who works at the front desk gets you checked in right away and is a joy to talk to. Getting braces or invisalign doesn’t have to be a bad experience!!!

The staff goes above & beyond to explain each step of the process in a way my daughter & I can understand, and they always take the time to answer my questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and confidence. Shout out to Lorenzo at the front desk. He's so welcoming and always remembers our names. The tech, Samantha is a sweetheart. She's very thoughtful & thorough. & Dr. Don's the man with the plan! Oh! & I have to mention! During our last visit, I accidentally left one of my earbuds behind. I honestly assumed it was gone forever. But when we came in today… they had saved it for me in a little plastic bag! The fact that they noticed, took the time to pick it up, & kept it safely for me speaks volumes about how thoughtful & detail-oriented they are. :)

My daughter received Start A Smile scholarship for her braces and just finished her process of braces and this location was always clean. Never dreaded coming here as they were always kind! Our last visit Lorenzo was attentive to us during our check in and check out, the tech Brooklyn was kind and explained each part of the process for removing the braces. Dr Don was always the best and such a great guy at each visit. Thank you Fry Orthodonics for your generosity on my daughter’s braces! We will forever be grateful.

The staff office of Dr. Fry in Prairie Village, KS are amazing! Dr. Don, Front Desk- Lorenzo and Technician-Samantha are extremely welcoming, friendly and are so helpful! They are always greeting you with a smile, the time frame is quick with profession. The facility is quiet and very clean. I really enjoy bringing my son to this office!
