I have had a great experience with this office. I received my Invisalign treatment with Dr Wilcoxon who was fantastic! He is a Very knowledgeable orthodontist who explained all of the steps of the process to me. He set clear expectations on timeline , pricing, and expected outcomes. He even talked me through having attachments, IPR, etc during my consultation. I am thrilled with my results. I get compliments on my teeth all the time, And I continue to have scheduled follow ups after my treatment has ended to ensure my teeth are where they need to be. Dr Joyshi is also awesome and has received extensive Invisalign training if that is the route you end up taking. One other extremely positive thing about this office is their efficiency and courteous staff. This should not be overlooked !!!Their appointments are on time, their hygienists are friendly and well-trained, and the office manager Connie is so so amazing. It’s like going to a relatives house when you walk in to their office. I can’t imagine receiving this treatment anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place to get ortho care in KC/Johnson County this is it. Thank you so much!

Dr. Wilcoxon and his staff are *amazing!* My brother saw a different orthodontist, and boy did the family regret it! Dr. Wilcoxon has such a perceptive eye and extremely high standards. I smile with more confidence and chew with more comfort because of Dr. Wilcoxon's excellent care. Since I finished with my braces in 2006, I have continued to visit for maintenance, and the staff truly brighten my day each time.

Dr. Wilcoxon and his team was the best group of people that I ever could have asked for to handle my case. I had a very unusual situation where I had to have oral surgery because of a disease called acromegaly. Prior to the surgery I had to be in braces over a year to expand my upper pallet and to help prep for my surgery. The surgeon was thoroughly impressed prior to my surgery. Post surgery, I kept my braces on for an additional year and a half. He is very detailed, up front and direct however still has great bedside manner. This was over a 4 year process and they were there for me every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the work Dr. Wilcoxon and his team did for me. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Joshi for almost 2 years now. I’ve never felt more comfortable with an ortho in my life. Not only does he actually give his honest insight but his customer service and the way he cares for his patients is truly one of a kind! Dr. Wilcoxon is great!!!! Much thanks and gratitude to him! I can't say enough good things about his knowledge and chair side manner. I'm a dentist as well, and I know his work is meticulous. Two of my daughters have had/and are in ortho with him. My younger one just completed her first phase and had brackets and palatal expander removed today. Her smile is SO beautiful and such a difference from where she started! Dr Wilcoxon is one of the few specialists in town that treat TMJ issues. I send him adult orthodontic and complex cases involving missing teeth and dental implants! I highly recommend Dr. Wilcoxon!
