From start to finish service was top tier. The staffing in the front office so nice and professional always friendly and ready to help. Roxanne braces is truly an angel going above and beyond to help always advocating for her patients. The doctors and dental assistants are amazing made my daughter’s experience comfortable taking time to always make sure she is tolerating treatment well. Overall great experience would recommend!!!

Absolutely sucks! No communication no one ever answers the phone no one helps you reschedule or even schedule. Do not recommend

I am very disappointed with the service and communication I have received. As a patient here, I cannot recommend this place. For nearly a month, I have been trying to schedule my appointment by contacting the office and leaving multiple voicemails, yet no one has responded. It’s frustrating that I am still being charged despite this lack of communication. I call every day but still receive no answer, which feels unfair—taking my money without providing the service. I have already missed a month of treatment because of this.

I have been going to comfort dental braces since 2022 and I have always had a good experience. Dr.Snyder who is the orthodontist and Lucy who is his assistant both took care of me majority of the time. Lucy is very professional, skilled and is the best at what she does. Lucy has a special way of creating a warm and welcoming environment for her patients. Dr.Snyder is amazing! He makes great treatment plans for his patients and meets their needs. I’m very grateful for their expertise and allowing me to have a beautiful smile. Comfort dental is the best option for affordable braces with quality care!
