Dr.Deb is incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. Throughout my treatment, she was very patient in explaining every step of the process. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully and thoroughly, and she always paid close attention to my individual needs and concerns. Before my crown procedure, I mentioned that I am sensitive to local anesthesia. Dr. Deb remembered this and personally followed up after my treatment to check how I was feeling, especially regarding the anesthesia. She also provided helpful post-treatment care tips and reassured me that I could reach out anytime if I experienced any discomfort. She genuinely cares about her patients’ dental health and well-being. Beyond being an excellent dentist, she treats her patients with warmth and compassion, making them feel comfortable and cared for. Her kindness is truly healing. I would also like to recognize Veronica, the dental assistant, who has been wonderful throughout the entire process. From scheduling appointments to assisting with my dental examinations, she has been incredibly helpful, gentle, and caring. She also carefully explains post-treatment instructions and answers any questions I may have, making sure I feel well-informed throughout my dental care journey. Dental Arts Smile Dentistry provides a comfortable and welcoming environment with professional, friendly service. I had even referred friends to this office, and they have all had positive experiences as well. I highly recommend Dental Arts to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Considering the dental procedure that I had done it was a learning experience. I had both a crown, and bridge put in. It was a lengthy procedure and I felt confident in the fact that Dr. Cassill and Veronica (her assistant) were working together to make it as pain free since I’ve had previous experience with them both. I highly recommend Dr. Cassill to anyone that is looking for a dentist to give them a call.

I have had two major procedures done by Dr. Cassill & colleagues in the last four months. In each case, they were efficient & effective. This practice is everything one could want from a dentist's office. Really great professionals!

My experience here was very positive. They weren’t able to fix the issue that I had but they set me up an appointment with somebody that would be able to. The doctor and her associate were very pleasant and professional.

Five stars if you’re into chaos. Zero stars if you actually need dental care. Showed up on time for my appointment, which was adorable of me to think that mattered. Sat around forever with no explanation while the front desk perfected the art of pretending patients don’t exist. When I finally saw the dentist, the appointment felt like a speedrun. No explanations, no concern, just vibes and sharp instruments. I left with more pain than I came in with, so congrats on that achievement. The office wasn’t exactly “clean,” unless we’re using that term very loosely. And then there was billing—quoted one price, charged another. Love a surprise expense almost as much as surprise pain. Overall, this place manages to combine disorganization, indifference, and questionable hygiene into one unforgettable experience. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy… and I really don’t like my worst enemy.
