Noelridge Dental

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but I had no other choice today. I reached out to an old friend Haley who I know has worked in the dental industry for awhile now. I messaged her at about 11pm Sunday (sorry i know that’s late) she replied to me right away when i woke up Monday, was able to get me in Monday but I choose to do Tuesday for my work schedule. Haley was just really quick, friendly, and just amazing to set things up with. Moving on I get to the office, the lady who greeted me and signed me in was extremely nice and helpful, the lady who did the X-Ray’s and everything else until the Doctor came was extremely nice and pleasant talking to. Moving on to the final person, the wonderful Denist… Morgan Dralle!!! I have known her Husband my entire life, and have known her throughout highschool. I was a little nervous seeing a dentist younger than me… BUT she did an AMAZING job, I felt comfortable the entire time, she was very intelligent, informative, and you can tell she cares about the people around her and of course the patients . All around what an amazing experience, can’t wait to recommend this place to family and friends and continue to come back. Thanks ladies!!!!

I just went to Noelridge Dental for the first time yesterday. For over a decade now, I have had a huge fear of dentists, after I had a terrible experience with one. Just thinking about going always puts me in a cold sweat and basically just gives me a panic attack. I forced myself to go again as I thought I had teeth breaking (I didn’t). This office cured me of my dental fears! The whole staff being women drew me in first when I was looking for a new dentist. I’m so so happy I found them. Every single one who talked to me was super compassionate, empathetic, and just kind. Not a single one seemed fake, annoyed, or put out as I’ve felt from other offices before. You can tell they truly care about their patients. They walked me through every step along the way and told me exactly what they were doing and why. They were all so easy to talk to and put me at so much ease, it was incredible. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier that I found this place! I will be transferring my daughter over here as well. I *never* thought I I’d ever say that I’m excited to go back to the dentist. That’s how good they are. They took someone with a real phobia and turned me into someone who’s looking forward to my next appointment! I honestly couldn’t be happier. Reducing a mom’s cortisol levels is doing gods work, ladies. Now I feel like I’m walking on air. I’m so excited to continue working with them for upcoming cosmetic treatments now! This is the type of place I’m happy to give my money to. Couldn’t be happier.

I been a patient and resident in cEDAR rapids here for years. new manager is plain MEAN. she called me to get me in for appointment and was very rude and SPOKE to me like a little CHILD. i will not be going back because of way she talked to me. they also sent me the debt collecters before even mailing a bill????? no way to treat a a senior citizen. you should be ashamed!!! cr citizens be aware!!!! avoid

Before I was introduced to Noelridge, I had not gone to a dentist for 10~ yrs out of anxiety. The ladies there are nice, respectful, and friendly. Dr. Collins is smart and helped me make better decisions about the health of my teeth. Thank you!

I was struggling with payment at the time my tooth broke. They bent over backwards letting me get it me teeth work done without payment. Of course I paid them back. But they did not have to do that. I've been going there a long time prob the only reason they did it. Friendly staff. I will be going back in the future for my dental work. Just make sure you don't miss a payment otherwise they will be on you like white on rice. They Will send you nasty text messages demanding for their money. I'm better off somewhere else anyways.
