As a person who had orthodontics for the better part of my childhood, I was feeling a bit nervous to take my own child. I remember a lot of discomfort. When I say, this whole experience has been beyond great, I truly mean it. They take things so slowly, with baby steps even for a spacer (1st rubber spacers, then at the next appt metal, then a third appointment the spacer itself). My son hasn’t winced once. And he would absolutely let us know if he was in pain (he’s 9). From the very first appointment with Kelly (who is so great), to meeting Dr. Hickman (recommended by our dentist), to Becca who checks us in every time and has been so amazing!!, to Brittney who inserted his spacer today and answered all of our several questions with such kindness and patience. Everyone is super kind, in a very real, down-to-earth way. I even completely forgot about an appointment, and not only did they call ME, but they let us come in 50 minutes late without any rude stares or anything like that. They feel like our orthodontic family! 🥰 I know there are a lot of orthodontics in the area, but what really took me to this one was our dental hygienist saying all 4 of her kids went there, and then after our first appointment (free consultation) we decided to absolutely go with this group. Oh! And they have the best flexible payment plan I’ve ever seen, with 0% interest. So so so appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

Miss Kelly was the best first impression of the office when meeting for consultation. From that day forward, I knew this would the best place and fit for my treatment. One of the most efficient operations with the friendliest staff around. Went as an adult to correct teeth that had drifted over time since I had braces as a kid. The process was easy, painless, and faster than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone of any age.
