I’m incredibly excited to begin my treatment. They were honest and upfront from the very beginning. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating, meeting your needs whenever you need them. I was cold, and suddenly, a soft blanket appeared on my lap. I truly appreciate the support and love I receive every time I visit. Upon visiting this office for an orthodontic consultation for my two young girls, we were greeted by wonderful staff. We experienced impeccable customer service throughout our entire visit and had a thorough detailed review of options for each girl. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Sweetie, nice waiting area with coffee. The introduction around the office space was also nice. Each staff member thoroughly explained the process, was personally and thorough. The welcome bad and goodies were a nice touch. Brian and his team are great!

I really enjoyed my visit today! Staff was excellent! had a few questions regarding my daughter service. I reached out to Stacy who was so welcoming! She answered all my questions, making sure my daughter needs were addressed as she transitions for her last appointment to remove her braces. I’ve been seen here for 2+ years and I have had a great experience every time I’ve been in. All of the girls are always so kind and attentive. I am very grateful to all staff and doctors (I wish I could remember everyone's names because everyone deserves a special shout out lol)!! I would absolutely recommend Rochford Orthodontics!
