Bussick Orthodontics is extremely thorough with explaining the invisalign treatment my 9 year old son is undergoing. The entire staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful for any questions we've had. My son loves this facility, as the inside is beautifully decorated. There are also punch cards that he can earn punches for to exchange for cool prizes like stuffies, gift cards, speakers, etc. We love Bussick Orthodontics, and are grateful for the staff! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bussick Orthodontics. I literally had my braces placed only two days ago, and my first follow-up isn’t even until April 9. Despite this, I was told I supposedly owe $1,745.83, even though the office also said they “voided” my full $4,200 treatment plan. This number makes absolutely no sense and does not reflect any work actually done—all I’ve had is the placement appointment. Additionally, I am in significant pain from the braces, and the office has downplayed my discomfort and failed to return my calls in a timely manner. Communication has been extremely poor, and billing has been confusing, aggressive, and misleading. I understand that orthodontic treatment can be costly, but charging someone mid-treatment for work they haven’t received is unacceptable. I hope the office improves their billing transparency and patient care.

Dr. Bussick and his team are just as caring and helpful of a group of people now as they were 25 years ago when I needed braces. I'm grateful that my daughter is getting the same kindness and proper orthodontia care that Dr. Bussick gave me years ago. Thank you to Dr. Bussick & his team!

This place is awesome and the people are amazing. They always do such an awesome job and we always leave with a smile. They explain everything so well that I hardly ever have questions. So happy I went with Bussick for my daughter's treatment.
