The whole process from start to finish was great. They were patient with my daughter, they are friendly, and they made it about as easy as they can on the parents. It is a fun office environment and they seem to genuinely care. The process took longer than originally said but it didn’t cost anything more than what they told me on the first visit. Offered an Easy payment plan. One kid down 2 to go. Would recommend.

We’ve had such a great experience with Hoagburg Orthodontics over the past year! My son has been a patient there and just started the next phase of his treatment with his expander, braces coming soon! From day one, the entire team has been amazing. They’re patient, professional, and so great with kids. They take the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense, not just to me, but to my son too , which helps him feel involved and comfortable. Every visit has been smooth, and they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure we feel taken care of. The office itself is super clean, inviting, and honestly just fun. It’s such a kid friendly environment, my 9 year old actually looks forward to his appointments (which says a lot!) If you’re looking for an orthodontic office that combines top notch care with a welcoming, family friendly atmosphere, I couldn’t recommend Hoagburg more. They’ve made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy, and we’re so grateful for their care.

I’m glad I chose Hoagburg Ortho for my treatment plan. I was skeptical at first about getting braces at 40. When I went in for my initial consultation ….I felt heard, respected, and well cared for throughout the visit. They provided honest and clear details about my treatment plan. I’ve been braced for almost two years and I’ve had no issues. My teeth are looking great so far! The staff are also very friendly and understanding. Highly recommend!

We had a initial consultation with Sarah and Dr Brian. All the office staff we met were so kind and welcoming. The office was clean and airy with a beverage station and a game corner for the kids. Sarah was wonderful and patient with us. She explained everything and took her time answering my questions. Dr Brian was very educational and informative. My son was nervous about getting braces but by the end of the appointment he was excited and looking forward to his first appointment. I wasn't sure what to expect but they exceeded anything I could have imagined. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful staff and experience! Went over both my boys at the same time. Very detailed. Great game plan! They care about you and where your money goes. No unnecessary charges or pushing more procedures.
