The whole process from start to finish was great. They were patient with my daughter, they are friendly, and they made it about as easy as they can on the parents. It is a fun office environment and they seem to genuinely care. The process took longer than originally said but it didn’t cost anything more than what they told me on the first visit. Offered an Easy payment plan. One kid down 2 to go. Would recommend.

We have had an absolute excellent experience with every appointment. The front desk ladies are always super friendly and make us excited to visit. Both Dr. Hoagburgs are so kind and patient. The office is always flexible, understanding and easy to work with on appointments. I love that we can text them and schedule or cancel appointments or even ask questions. I can’t say enough about how much we love it at Dr. Hoagburg’s office!! This is our second kid in braces and we wouldnt choose any place to else!

We had an amazing appointment with sarah today. She took the time to show us the whole office and made my 7 year old comfortable during her appointment. We also really love Alyssa, she takes great care of us!

We’ve had such a great experience with Hoagburg Orthodontics over the past year! My son has been a patient there and just started the next phase of his treatment with his expander, braces coming soon! From day one, the entire team has been amazing. They’re patient, professional, and so great with kids. They take the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense, not just to me, but to my son too , which helps him feel involved and comfortable. Every visit has been smooth, and they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure we feel taken care of. The office itself is super clean, inviting, and honestly just fun. It’s such a kid friendly environment, my 9 year old actually looks forward to his appointments (which says a lot!) If you’re looking for an orthodontic office that combines top notch care with a welcoming, family friendly atmosphere, I couldn’t recommend Hoagburg more. They’ve made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy, and we’re so grateful for their care.

We love coming to Hoagburg Orthodontics. I came when I was younger with Dr. Steve and had a wonderful experience. My children are now patients of his children- Dr. Brian and Dr. Rachel. The facility is clean, staff is incredibly friendly, and most importantly, you get what you pay for. The "Hoagburg Smile" is well-known, and I wouldn't have anyone else creating the smile/healthy bite that will last a lifetime.
