Afdent Patient Friendly Dentistry

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. My husband came here with very bad tooth pain and they looked at his teeth and told him his teeth were just too bad to do anything with and they couldn’t do anything other than take all his teeth out and have him get dentures. We left and were just in disbelief because his teeth are not that bad. He tried another dentist, turns out he had all 4 wisdom teeth and just needed them pulled out. Had them pulled out and there was no more pain. If he would have listened to this place, he would have had all his teeth ripped out and got dentures for no reason, not to mention how much money we would have spend on them. When all it was, was a simple wisdom tooth pull.

I most wish the dentists understood that the financial side does a bait and switch. The plan discussed with clinical , is not what happens. It has happened several times that what is in writing at the end of one appointment is changed directly before being called in to the office for the next appointment . The dentists and clinical team are amazing. They are compassionate and professional. I can’t say enough good. The male working in the financial department needs to be investigated.

Well, who really likes a visit to the dentist? any takers? I guess I was satisfied overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They had a way of making me feel comfortable and less stressful. I especially liked Elizabeth who exercised a lot of patience through the whole procedure, of which I can be difficult at times. It would have been nice if the tooth had come out easily, but they got it.

Everyone is friendly and thorough. I go back next week and again next month for the easier fixes. They also gave me a lot to think about and am scheduled to meet the owner next month to discuss the harder stuff, like long term pain from aggravated trigeminal neuralgia. It's true. They really are equipped to cover everything I expected and also so much more! I would never hesitate to recommend them to anybody. I only wish I had gone there long before now.

They are so nice. They did a great job making me understand how much we owe on my son's braces.. very awesome people
