Sent in a request for a consultation appointment. Was contacted immediately. Appointment was scheduled to get both of my daughters in. Treatment immediately began. I was informed about my payment options and the best course of treatment for my girls. The office is beautiful and the staff is wonderful!

The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff in the back for the orthodontia were also fantastic. Great experience for my son getting his braces on.

This is the Most professional Orthodontics staff. From the first phone call with Brittany, to the day of my appointment everyone was professional and polite. They answer your questions immediately and one has a clear and concise understanding of the process and cost. Thank you!

From the front desk to the assistant to the dentist herself I was very impressed with the punctuality, efficiency, professionalism, outgoing-ness, and the plan itself. I has not been easy to find an airway centered ortho who also has an amazing office staff but here it is!

All three of my kids have had braces (one is on her second round), and we have been with Hallmark the entire time--more than a decade of coming in with consistency. The doctors have always been terrific, and continue to be, but it's really the rest of the staff that makes this place special. From people who have been there from the beginning to new faces we encounter, everyone is universally knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. We've been through all stages at Hallmark, from young families with little money, to having strong insurance and good finances, to a family of divorce that needs two different payment methods. Hallmark has worked with us in so many different scenarios, and all of them have been accommodating, welcoming, and focused on the oral health of our children. I'm extraordinarily thankful for their work with us over the years, and if there's any group that deserves as much of our money as they have gotten, it's them!
