What a great experience! As a conservative health care professional and business consultant, I cringe at most appointments. Having had 2 orthodontists in our area do consultations already, and feeling my concerns about mouth breathing, airway, and pulling teeth completely ignored, this office was a breath of fresh air from the start: From the ease of scheduling and entering info, Carol’s kind and comforting nature as she welcomed us and did the privacy info, Dr Hansen’s thorough exam and listening caring concern, and the conservative treatment options all the way to the awesome ladies doing the pictures and scans, this visit was what I had been hoping for an more! Great job all, and we are excited to drive 3 hours to see you again!

We love Biggs-Hansen! We did phase I here and had a great experience. Tried a different orthodontist for convenience for phase II for one of our kids but found that their staff was not as polite and accommodating and their treatment took much longer due to long gaps between visits. We are back at Biggs and so grateful!! It’s worth the drive. Highly recommend.

As a nanny I have had the opportunity to bring 2 boys ages 11&13 to their orthodontist appointments. The office staff is so sweet and accommodating to our busy schedules and are always able to fit us in last minute. The boys have never complained about the staff or doctors but have always said they are nice and make them feel comfortable as getting orthodontist work done isn't always easy. The staff and doctors are very good about explaining the steps and follow up of the appointment and so the boys are very aware of what they need to do at home. Overall a pleasant experience with a team that makes you feel like family

Dr. Biggs, Dr. Hansen, and the entire staff are wonderful! Communication has been exceptional and appointments are always easy. What stands out most is their integrity — they've never pushed treatment we didn't need. Both of my kids have been patients here, and it has consistently been a very positive experience.

Dr. Biggs explained everything in detail and we met both Drs. During our first visit. We had three appointments at once and Carol was so helpful, and organized! All the staff made my kids feel super comfortable. They were reasonable with steps moving forward, and made individual plans for each.
