Wow. What a great experience with everything related to this appointment. I got in so Quickly, literally the next morning at 7:30 AM. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. I’ve been there twice and both times I didn’t have to wait for the appointment. I was seen by dr. Megan Drab And I don’t remember the name of her assistant. it might’ve been Jill. They were both absolutely fantastic. Was having a lot of pain and they both really were thinking out of the box for what I needed. So impressed! I never write reviews ever, but I had to for this appointment. Thank you to everyone there. !!!

Business staff warm and welcoming. Charging stations in reception area. I enjoyed another very gentle but thorough cleaning from Aleesha. Dr Gibson came in and put me in the “No Cavity Club. I was impressed by the scanner technology in the office- they showed me some cracks in one of my molars. I know this has potential for issues down the road, and they are on top of it!

The ladiea at the front desk are always so nice and welcoming, Our hygienist Hailey is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind and caring. She takes great care of our special needs daughter and we are so appreciative of her! And Dr Gibson is so good! He is informative and kind. He takes time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have. I can't recommend them enough!

Finding a dental office for my special needs brother that I actually trust? Not easy. But Maintain Your Smile Dental? They’re different. They are patient, gentle, and genuinely kind—not just “we’re supposed to be nice” kind, but the kind of care you feel. They take their time with him, make sure he’s comfortable, and treat him with dignity and respect every single visit. And let me just say this—when it comes to my brother, I don’t play. If something feels off, we’re not coming back. Period. But here? I have complete peace of mind. They go above and beyond in a way that means everything to me,, and I am so grateful we found them. If you have a loved one who needs a little extra patience and understanding, this is where you want to be. No question.

If I could post more than 5 stars I would. I am a mother of4 beautiful babies one of which is a 5 year old level 3 non verbal autistic child. And today was his VERY first dentist appointment. Dr Miers. Words cannot express how thankful I am for you, you made him feel like he wasn’t pressured and had him come to you! It may seem like a small thing to some but for us that is huge. On another note my 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son both see Dr Marshall Valadez, and oh man is he a hoot! He makes you feel comfortable and he talks so you can understand him, and his assistant Katrina is such a warm friendly spirit! So please if your looking into a dentist please go to maintain your smile on Mulford rd in Rockford!!
