⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience! I was 32 weeks pregnant and in horrible pain from a tooth that needed to be extracted. I had originally been referred somewhere else, but by the time that office finally called me back, Dental Group had already gotten me in and taken care of! From start to finish, they treated me incredibly well. The dentist did an amazing job with the extraction, and the dental assistant was so caring, reassuring, and informative throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier.super clean facility as well. They even gave me a gift for Customer Appreciation Week, which was such a sweet surprise! ❤️ I’m extremely grateful they were willing to help me when I needed it most. 10/10. I would absolutely recommend Dental Group! 🦷❤️

This was my first time going to this dentist and I only chose them because they were in my network and close to home. The checkup started out routine, Then the dentist came in and to tell me my teeth were horrible, and they were could not do a routine cleaning. They said they would only do a special deep cleaning. Then they shared that my portion of the deep cleaning is $450. I declined and left with no cleaning. I went to a different dentist, who said my teeth were fine and gave me a routine cleaning. I do not recommend Rockford DentalGroup.

Called for emergency appointment, office staff was outstanding! They had me in there 15 minutes after I called. X-ray and tooth extraction were done between other patients. Was in and out of there in less than an hour. Doctor was outstanding and explained everything. Will definitely be going back for more dental work. Thank you so much !!!!!

I always have a great experience at my appointments, and a big part of that is thanks to my amazing dental hygienist, Amiee. She has such a warm, positive spirit that makes every visit enjoyable. It’s clear how much she truly cares about the health and well-being of my teeth. She even takes the time to show me how to floss properly with string at every visit—despite me insisting I’m not coordinated enough to get it right! I really appreciate her patience, encouragement, and consistently positive energy.

Have been suffering from wisdom teeth pain for about a week. Called around and wasn't able to get in anywhere for same day extraction. I called dental group and was able to get a same day appointment with a same day extraction! Staff was super friendly and definitely made me feel welcomed! Will definitely come back for regular routines!
