So grateful they got me in right away and extracted my tooth. Original appt was in 2 days, called me not 30 mins later to tell me they could see me the same afternoon. Dr Heggen and his assistant (forgive me I am not sure on her name) Were absolutely amazing. Helped me get through a fairly quick and easy extraction and had me out the door. Its hard to find good dentists with the care and compassion that Cosic has. The whole team is friendly and has a way of making you feel comfortable and plenty of reminders that dentistry doesn't have to be painful. Thank you for taking such great care of us. 🩷

I chipped my crown over the weekend (thankfully no pain!), and I called Cosic Dental first thing. Even though it wasn't an emergency, Dr. Dunja Cosic Carlson got me in quickly on Thursday for an assessment. When they saw I had time available, they kindly asked if I'd like to have the repair done that same day or schedule for later—I chose to get it done right then and there. I'm not the biggest fan of dental procedures, but the entire experience was outstanding. They numbed me up comfortably, removed what was left of the old crown, did a digital scan, and milled a brand-new crown on-site using advanced CEREC technology. The new crown is made from a much stronger, harder material than the previous one—no temporary needed! It fit perfectly on the first try, and they cemented it in seamlessly. The whole process took about 2.5 hours, with zero pain or discomfort afterward. The team kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what they were doing and why, which really put me at ease. I love how they embrace modern technology to make things efficient and precise. Cosic Dental does truly amazing work. Dr. Dunja Cosic Carlson and her staff are professional, caring, and accommodating. Highly recommend them for anyone in the Rockford area needing top-notch dental care!

Never have I ever felt so cared for at a dentist office. The dental hygienist, Dr. D, and staff were all so kind, compassionate & patient with me. Took the time to explain audibly & visually & left time for me to ask questions. I’m telling everyone about my experience 10/10🙌🏻

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly, doesn't matter why you're here, they will make sure you have a good experience. The doctors are very nice and explain everything they're doing. The hygienists are friendly and helpful, the whole staff are great. I have received good care every time I've been in and my oral health is so much better now!

Everyone is always so helpful and supportive with our visits. We love their honesty and gentleness, especially with our children. My daughter especially appreciated the care from Lilly on two occasions. The doctors are always patient and willing to answer questions.
