All Family Dental and Braces

Started bringing my granddaughter here a few years ago after a bad experience with all the dentist in our area we live 2 hours away. They have made us very happy and my granddaughter doesn't have to be scared here. Very fast service most of all extremely friendly staff. Also extremely understanding with scheduling appointments. I recommend bringing any children here especially if they have a fear of dentist they make the kids comfortable and welcome.

The dental assistant that was helping yesterday was sooo nice! She took my X-rays and made the experience so much better, she asked if I had any questions about the topics that were covered and seemed like she really cared about the service she provided. I wish I knew her name, she did a great job. The doctor that came into my room was able to take another look at a tooth I had concerns with too, and took additional X-rays to clarify. I got my wisdom teeth removed at the Elgin location and they did a great job there too.

I do not recommend this location! They basically gave us the run around for months and barely answered the phone. We were approved for my son's braces through our insurance at this location. All family basically kept telling us that the price our insurance quoted us for was wrong, which was around a $1700 co-pay. All family said the price was around $9,000 and that we would have to pay about half of that. Fast-forward to a year later, my son was able to get his braces on at another orthodontics location. We visited the new location in January and braces were on by February! Co-pay is only $1,450. Hopefully All family has new front desk people now because they are causing them to lose business.

Literally love this office and all of their staff from the front desk to the DAs in the back. Me & my sons all go here and they have taken great care of us all. Was in to get my braces put on today, Jenny and Alondra assisted with putting them on, they both were so gentle and kind and walked me through every step. I am very greatful for them and all of their help! I have been hesitant with getting my braces for some time now and they have all encouraged me to do it and I’m so happy that I finally did. I can’t wait to see my new smile 😃 Thank you to everyone at All Family Dental and Braces for making me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend them for all of your dental needs!

If I could give 0 stars I really would. July 2025 I made a wisdom teeth removal appointment it was scheduled for September. Two days before the appointment they called and canceled because the surgeon had a family emergency they rescheduled me for November. They called in November and canceled again because the oral surgeon was still having family issues. They rescheduled for January. It is now January and I called to clarify the appointment and they tell me they no longer do oral surgery. I was lead on for half a year just to be told they no longer provide the service I need. I’ve have never seen a healthcare company that is this unprofessional & uncoordinated.
