Had a great first experience- front desk was fast and easy to work with. I can’t remember her name but she has hot pink nails and she’s great! Also Courtney was very knowledgeable and fun to go over our next steps with.

Just completed invisilign treatment and had a great experience! Outstanding service and meticulous, attentive care from Dr Zimmer. Happily recommend!

We’ve had a great experience with Prairie View Orthdontics. Dr. Zimmer and her staff have done an amazing job with my son’s teeth. From an expander to braces every step and appointment was completed professionally and with my son’s best interest in mind. They are friendly, caring, and transparent. We’ve already recommended them to several friends.

My 10 year old tends to get nervous depending the type of appointment. They were great with explaining what would happen next, why and what everything they used was for and did. I’m impressed with the technology that they’re using. It’s pretty impressive. The financial part was broken down for me to see. The whole appointment was positive. The popsicles on the way out for the patients is great little touch! Awesome experience overall!

What a great experience! We went to the Geneva location and even before our appt, we had the best service! Beth texted me early to prior to our appointment to confirm some details which no one ever does (ie insurance stuff, braces vs. Invisalign, etc). Super helpful feeling prepared. In the appt. hey went over everything and more and made our kids feel comfortable and maybe even excited about getting Invisalign. The doctor was super nice and helpful! Beth was also the best and super nice!
