Dr. Charlie has a calm demeanor and was gentle on my sensitive teeth. The hygienist was good too. There was a little confusion as to payment for the CT scan but.it was finally cleared up I think. I've had 2 crowns that did not need adjustments after being placed on my molars. Dunno if it's the tech who took the impressions, the lab or both but I'm grateful for that!

I had a great experience. Every step was explained very detailed so I knew what was happening My comfort was very important to everyone throughout the whole procedure. Always a nice experience!
