Aurora Dental Care

They forgot to give my daughter the prepaid laughing gas which was the ONLY reason I brought my child here. They threatened to kick my husband out of the room when he advocated for our daughter who was clearly in pain. The dentist has ADULT conversations in the room and has very little patience for little ones. She does not try to make the children comfortable at all! If anything, makes rude comments to the child throughout. The whole concept of not allowing parents in the back because they do better is ridiculous because a scared child is going to be sooo glad their parent isn’t in the room with them. BFFR.

I had my first visit today and must I say this was the most pleasant dental visit I've had. The dental assistant was very kind and explained what she was going to do step by step which I appreciate. The dentist himself was amazing. No judgement or harsh. This visit exceeded my expectations.

They had strict covid protocol which I greatly appreciated. They did such a great job handling my 2 year olds first visit. They made us feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend. Our hygienist and the doctor worked great! We can’t wait to go back in 6 months!

Dr. Baron and her staff is amazing including Kasey who is lead at front desk. They treat all patients and parents very professionally and answer all their queries patiently and give them enough time. I am very impressed with their skills and professionalism and recommend Aurora dental care to everyone for their pediatric dental needs.

I would not recommend! The staff is very unprofessional. I expected them to be kid friendly since they specialize in pediatrics. But there were red flags from the moment we walked in. The office doesn't appear to be kept well or sanitary. They wanted to take my 4 year old son back without me but I said no. A kitchen towel was used instead of a disposable paper apron. No one took the time to talk to us about my son's history before starting. They made him cry during Xrays because the tech was so rough. The Dr. came out to ask what was wrong and she got mad because I complained. Very disappointing experience.
