Jacob Jarvis Orthodontics

Great service at Jarvis Orthodontics! My 14 year old has had no issues since getting his braces on! The staff is wonderful and the location is awesome. I actually took a walk while waiting and enjoyed my day too!

I really appreciate the ease of scheduling and rescheduling appointments. The staff works very hard to accommodate requests and is friendly and helpful. Dr. Jarvis works hard to develop relationships with his patients. He takes time to get to know them and to encourage them along the way with positive comments and pats on the back. This is impressive because he is always on time. My kids enjoy coming to the office--it is clean and the extras (coffee, toys and games for younger kids) are appreciated. Thank you! :)

My daughter is 11 and in need of orthodontic treatment. I took her in for a consultation (no cost) where I was given the opportunity to ask questions and was taught about the treatment she would need. The office is clean, beautiful, and they even have video games in the reception area for waiting kids. When we came in for our next appointment to have the braces put on her teeth, I was so impressed by how gentle, kind and professional everyone was. The receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable. The orthodontic assistants are cheerful and great with kids. Dr. Jarvis is a fantastic orthodontist. I have seen the results of some of his patients and can safely say that he is excellent in treatment and care of those he treats. He is also a genuinely nice person. My daughter was so excited when they gave her an electric toothbrush and showed her how to properly care for her teeth. They have exciting events to make things fun like an upcoming patient appreciation movie at the Village Cinema. Also, they have a reward system in place for taking good care of your braces, arriving to all your appointments on time, and wearing a fun t-shirt they provide for you. What a great experience for us!

LOVE, love this office! My son and I were treated with respect and patience. Dr. Jarvis and Trisha explained in detail the journey my son is about to start and he wasn't scared and actually excited to fix his teeth! The girls in the front were welcoming while maintaining professionalism with crazy, ringing phones. Definitely recommend to others looking for an orthodontist and staff that takes the time with EVERY patient!

I am so thankful that the employees at Jacob Jarvis are patient with my daughter. They carefully explain what we need to do and have been great about making sure she is comfortable with her braces. It has also been easy to get in if we need an extra appointment to fix anything or check on a bracket. We recommend them! From my daughter: The staff at Jacob Jarvis is always very nice, they have a wide selection of band colors, and their rewards system almost makes braces fun. :)
