Such a great and clean atmosphere love everyone in this clinic very professional and will be going here from now on

They upcharge you and don't explain exactly what procedure is needed and why. They said filling was needed but didn't show X-Ray and just said they needed $300 and then wanted double the amount after. No explanation of insurance benefits or what exact procedure. They also in the past messed up with one of my fillings too. They are ripping off patients and have really awful, non-transparent service. Would not recommend.

This is the only dental clinic I go to because the people are very nice! The place is very clean and welcoming. I also enjoy interacting with the doctor and hygienist! The doctors are very informative and they’ll answer all your inquiries/questions. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a dental clinic!

UPDATE: Review amended and removed a star based on the annoying amount of times I was prompted to leave a review. Most recent visit was good overall. I really liked the hygienist and requested to book with them next time. However, I was uncomfortable that the hygienist was sick which was disruptive to the appointment. They were apologetic and wore a mask the entire visit, but it seemed it would have been better for them to not work with patients when ill. Perfectly adequate service for cleaning and dental check. I appreciate that they aren’t pushy about additional procedures. Scheduling is easy and generally in and out in a reasonable time. The office as a whole feels disorganized. I see someone different every time. I was over charged and had to calculate the correct charges myself and ask for an adjustment. The adjustment was politely provided when asked, with an excuse about the system. I don’t know if it would have been corrected if I had not advocated for myself. Check the math on your bill closely.

I came in with a severely damaged tooth, and Dr. Joseph Yoo was exceptional from start to finish. He treated the tooth efficiently, explained every step clearly, and prepared it for a crown with zero discomfort. I also want to mention his dental assistant—she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the procedure. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Together, they make a fantastic team. I highly recommend Dr. Yoo and his staff for anyone needing skilled and compassionate dental care. 💗
