My son and I are getting Invisaligns with Dr. Williams and we love her. She’s incredibly talented and her staff is so friendly. We get the best customer service. We live in Savannah and will make the drive to Georgetown because she is worth it! I have never experienced a kinder doctor. She radiates joy from the inside out and she’s excellent at her craft. You’re not just a number. And the staff is also excellent. They are always on time, which is rare in the medical field. I love that they value my time. I can’t recommend them enough. My experience at Georgetown Orthodontics was amazing from start to finish. I initially came in to have my braces removed after moving to a new city and needing a new orthodontist. I went in for a consultation before the holidays but wasn’t able to make my payment until after Christmas. Working in healthcare myself, I got busy and forgot to return to complete my service. Thankfully, Kim was ahead of the game and reached out to me after the holidays. On February 10th, I returned to the office and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming young lady at the front desk. While waiting, Kim did an excellent job communicating and truly connecting with me. Dr. William was fantastic she walked me through the entire braces removal process, listened to my questions and concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She also assisted with shaving my teeth down, which boosted my confidence even more. Shea also helped with the final steps of getting my retainers and even though that final step was a little uncomfortable.She still found a way to make me laugh.The entire staff went above and beyond. I’ve already referred three people because of my experience. Thank you all so much for providing such outstanding service and making my visit truly memorable.

Dr. Williams is amazing! My 11-year-old was very nervous about getting braces, but now she actually enjoys coming to her appointments. The environment is welcoming and supportive. Dr. Williams takes the time to listen, explain, and help my daughter feel confident every step of the way. We are so grateful for the care she receives, and the music while waiting definitely makes it a vibe for parents too!

Mrs. Crystal Williams of Georgetown Orthodontics and all staff are excellent group working together as a team united to accomplish the best option for a walk-in service. Thank you so much for successfully ended the circumstances I was in. They quickly accessed my dilemma within an hour. Told me the cost to corrected the matter. Scheduled me to return two hours later to be fitted and back in my retainer. They are advertised on google for same day service and they definitely fulfill there capabilities.
