I received Invisalign treatment from Dr. Williams in 2016 as a teenager. I had pretty bad tooth misalignment that made it difficult to eat properly. All I wanted was to have my teeth straightened so I could chew food. I didn't care about aesthetics and I expressed this throughout treatment. I was fine with how my teeth looked. At the end of treatment, my teeth were aligned well. However, while she was removing the attachment points from my teeth, she also shaved down the enamel on the tips of my canines without telling me. I liked having pointy canines. I began treatment with no qualms about the appearance of my teeth, and ended it with a mountain of them. Every time I see someone with points on their canines instead of a flat edge, or even when I see them in the mirror for too long while brushing my teeth, I am filled with soul-rending grief, both from having lost a part of my appearance that I actually liked and from the violation of having had that done to me without even being asked. It's been 10 years and it hasn't gotten any better. It's really telling that she chose "be transformed" as her slogan. She'll transform you all right; it'll just be to her arbitrary specifications, not yours.

My son and I are getting Invisaligns with Dr. Williams and we love her. She’s incredibly talented and her staff is so friendly. We get the best customer service. We live in Savannah and will make the drive to Georgetown because she is worth it! I have never experienced a kinder doctor. She radiates joy from the inside out and she’s excellent at her craft. You’re not just a number. And the staff is also excellent. They are always on time, which is rare in the medical field. I love that they value my time. I can’t recommend them enough.
