The way the staff interacted with my four year old while her brother had his appointment was definitely above and beyond. What a wonderful staff and environment! Lucky to have them in this community!

If I could go higher than five stars, I certainly would!!! Vaught Orthodontics took wonderful care of my two teenagers throughout the course of their treatment. When we moved to Richmond Hill in June of 2022, Vaught Orthodontics was the ONLY practice in the Savannah area that was willing to accept transfer patients. From the first moment of my initial call with the office, I knew I wanted my children to be patients here. It was not an easy orthodontic journey because both of my children had special circumstances, however, it couldn't have been smoother. Starting Day One, we were clear on the course of treatment and any questions we had were thoroughly answered. My family always felt welcomed and we are so lucky to have been a part of this practice!!! Everyone at the Richmond Hill office is simply wonderful and I will always recommend them to anyone that asks!!!

I had a very negative and confusing experience at Vaught Orthodontics in RH. I have three kids with previous orthodontic experience from an orthodontist in another state, two of whom have permanent retainers and need further orthodontics. We went to get an estimate and they said they wouldn’t be able to help us until someone else removed the retainers. I called my dentist office for help but they were quite surprised by the request. They said they didn’t know how to take out permanent retainers and that was something for an orthodontist to remove. They kindly offered to figure it out but they were surprised that Vaught Orthodontics was making such a strange request. They also recommended I go to another orthodontist, just in case. I got an estimate from another orthodontist, who had no problem removing the old retainers but their quote was more expensive than at Vaught. I tried to call the office to talk with them about the situation and double check if I was understanding everything correctly but the front desk person told me they didn’t even have the tools to remove permanent retainers and wasn’t willing to let me talk with anyone else. I’m so frustrated that I have to drive farther and spend more money for something so seemingly small. It seems strange and surprising that an orthodontist’s office wouldn’t have the tools to remove permanent retainers. I wish they had treated the situation more professionally and kindly and had considered the difficulty of the task they had asked me to accomplish, instead of dismissing my concerns so flippantly.

Where do I begin....This has to be the most professional dentist I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly...Always prompt.... My daughter needed braces and from the 1st time we went in until the remove them "2 yrs later" I have never had a problem with any of the staff. We moved out of state and I choose to fly back and fourth for her appts rather than change dentist...Which say a lot....The staff greet you by name which make it feel more personable and not like a number.. If you or your love one are needing work don't hesitate. You will not regret it
