We had such a wonderful experience during my daughter’s consultation! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely stellar. Everyone was so welcoming, patient, professional, and made both my daughter and me feel completely comfortable. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made the entire consultation feel personal rather than rushed. It’s not often that you come across this level of genuine care and attention to detail. We left feeling confident, informed, and so excited for what’s to come. I went in for a consultation and from The moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated so nicely. The office is absolutely stunning and the cleanliness is top notch. Emily assisted Dr Andrews with the consultation and she was amazing. She explained everything and gave me her honest opinion. Dr Andrew’s was so nice and explained everything so easily. I would recommend this office to anyone.

1st visit and from schedule to exit- we had a wonderful experience. ALL staff were VERY welcoming and pleasant; patient and considerate. Mrs. Williams was the best and Dr. Andrews was spot on with his education and clarification of my daughter's plan of care. The office is beautiful and accommodating to all children with it's arcade room. I appreciate you all and truly look forward to more visits on this journey with my 7yr old.

Very professional and kind. They greeted us, gave us a tour and all the staff greeted us with smiles and hellos. Emily, our treatment coordinator, was very informative and helpful. She did an excellent exam for our son and Dr. Andrew's was super great. We are excited about our treatment and the future outcome.

Dr. Andrews is the best orthodontist not only in the greater Augusta area but also Atlanta and Raleigh NC, which are all the cities where I sought help when I experienced PATIENT ABANDONMENT from a North Augusta SC orthodontist who - persuaded me to buy “SPARK Clear Aligners” treatment from him, - used Artificial Intelligence (AI) through my iPhone 12’s camera to assess my treatment results, - declared that AI told him my teeth are straight, - said he won’t see me again because of AI - released me as his patient WITH SHARP ATTACHMENTS IN MY MOUTH… I went to orthodontists in Augusta, sought help in Atlanta, drove to see two orthodontists in Raleigh NC… To no avail… NO ORTHODONTIST would help me BECAUSE of the attachments from the North Augusta SC orthodontist in my mouth. Between May and June 2024, I sought help EVERYWHERE, and then, by the grace of God almighty, Dr. Andrews informed me via email that, after careful consideration, he decided to take on my difficult case and help me. I have no words to truly express my boundless gratitude. I’m so grateful… I went to appointments at both Grovetown and Wheeler Rd locations, and they are very different, so I must admit I love the Grovetown location for beautiful window views, lots of sunshine, and birds singing every time I come. Both locations are clean and organized, with plenty of parking. Now, let me tell you what I love and appreciate about MY orthodontist - Dr. Andrews. Starting with the absolute MOST important aspect of the help he provided to me… 1. Dr. Andrews uses his OFFICIAL INTELLIGENCE; he actually brought me into his office and he used his actual EYES to look at my treatment results in the actual PHYSICAL REALM where he leveraged his brain and experience, instead of my old iPhone’s camera and AI, and that is how he delivered excellent results. Thank God there are still doctors who use their OFFICIAL intelligence and not AI with questionable LLMs. Working in tech for a Fortune 500 SaaS company, I taught multiple workshops on unethical use of AI and leveraged my experience to train AI professionals on ethics. The fact that Dr. Andrews used his actual brain and eyes to assess me in his physical realm was truly THE most important thing to me. I love the result of my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Andrews exceeded my expectations. My teeth are gorgeous! 2. Dr. Andrews is COMMITTED, and after experiencing patient abandonment from the North Augusta SC orthodontist, I was worried that if I ask a question or provide feedback, I’ll be abandoned by my orthodontist. It never happened: Dr. Andrews welcomed all my questions and feedback and ENCOURAGED both. I felt like I was a part of the TEAM working on fixing my teeth TOGETHER, and I’m so grateful for both Dr. Andrews and Jennifer the Beautiful who is kind, patient, caring, and supportive. 3. Dr. Andrews is respectful and treated me as a HUMAN with dignity. After I was dehumanized and mistreated by the North Augusta SC orthodontist, I cherished being respected and nurtured by Dr. Andrews who never made me feel less than a human being with goals, needs, and desires for specific outcomes of my orthodontist treatment. I was unafraid to express my needs and chose to extend my treatment. I was treated by Dr. Andrews from June 2024 through April 2026. I started my ortho treatment with the first ortho in January 2023. So, after nearly THREE AND A HALF YEARS of wearing attachments in my mouth, this week, I got attachments removed by Jennifer the Beautiful who polished my teeth, and now I’m so pleased... There are 3 teeth that need to be filed a bit, and Dr. Andrews said he will do it. Only because I had to get used to my new teeth, which took a few days to realize that I need those three teeth filed to be able to fully close my mouth easily. I feel so much gratitude! I recommend this amazing, God-sent orthodontist, Dr. Andrews, to everyone in Georgia and surrounding states because he’s not only competent, professional, intelligent, committed, and supportive, but also he’s very kind and generous.
