Trotter Orthodontics

Great experience as the parent of a first time patient! The Orthodontist and staff are very friendly and explains every step of the process in detail. My children attend separate primary dental offices and both offices recommended Trotter Ortho when I expressed an interest in braces!

Both my kids had a consultation yesterday at Trotter Orthodontics. I was greeted on the phone the day before by Candace the Treatment Coordinator, and she was so warm and welcoming. She got me excited about our visit and she answered any questions and addressed all concerns that I had. When we arrived in the office we were welcomed by two lovely ladies at the front desk. It was genuine happiness and kindness in their greeting and they gave it to everyone that arrived. My kids and I felt comfortable right away…it felt like visiting with family. Dr. Paul Trotter was thorough and explained everything clearly and concisely. He was just as warm as his staff, and you could tell that he genuinely cared for all his patients. My son doesn’t like to brush his teeth well and this is a daily battle for us. When doing his X-rays Alicia noticed plaque buildup and she so graciously came and explained to him how important it is and gave an amazing demonstration to him. Dr. Trotter followed up and giving him more information on how important it is. Our visits were filled with tons of information and genuine kindness and care. I have never visited any dental or medical office that gave their patients such a high level of love and care. I highly recommend Trotter Orthodontics to anyone. Their care level is top tier.

Staff is awesome . They are very attentive to patient needs and take care to address all of your questions/concerns. Dr. Trotter and his son are both excellent in the field of dentistry . I would not have thought of going any where else for braces.
