We had a cautious little one that typically takes awhile to open up during appointments but felt comfortable right away with Dr. Murali’s bedside approach. Then Chelsea made our first appliance placement visit a breeze! So glad we found the right Team!

We’ve been with Reve for years & love the front staff (Shelby & Madi) & the back staff too. They are all friendly & service is outstanding. Decatur location is convenient. I appreciate the space is bright & welcoming just like the people : )

Everyone is very nice. Madi was great and made my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Murali answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Kylah and Shelby were so friendly and comforting when making appointments and discussing financial options.

I had such an amazing experience here. The environment is absolutely beautiful, and every employee I interacted with was genuinely the sweetest. I was about 40 minutes away and had already picked up my top retainer, but realized I didn’t get my bottom one. I couldn’t wait or drive back, and I was really scared my teeth would move if I waited another week. Kylah went completely out of her way to personally drop off my bottom retainer for me, which meant so much and relieved so much stress. I used to come to this orthodontist when I had braces back when it was formerly known as Silver Smiles, and I have to say I love the remodel. The space looks amazing and honestly makes me wish I was a customer again just so I could enjoy the experience all over. Exceptional service, care, and kindness all around. Highly recommend!
