I absolutely love this orthodontic office! Adrian is the best! She’s always so friendly, helpful, and makes every visit a great experience. Dr. Jamal Simon is amazing and truly cares about giving his patients the best results. I’m so excited to be getting my smile perfected by the best! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care.

My whole experience with my braces was amazing here. They work with you if you do not have insurance and the quality and treatment is great. Adrienne was such a wonderful person to deal with! Very happy with my results.

Management has been horrible here. I visited initially for a 10week Invisalign touch up but ended up being there over 3 years long where now the bite isn’t even correct. I have had 5 different doctors during my treatment if that says anything about management not being able to retain the doctors. They also have given me zero understanding about the situation and tried to blame everything on non-compliancy when every doctor tells me different things. Doctors‘ quality also vary, some good some bad, but they never agree with each other. My retainers ended up not being able to retain my teeth in place and I went in for an explanation, which no one could. They wanted to charge me additional office fees for continuing my treatment that hasn’t expired yet and the management lady tried to gaslight me that my bite was already wrong when I finished the treatment. In short, no one knows what’s going on there. I really regret starting treatment here. Don’t go.

Kendra was very welcoming and compassionate. She was thorough in explaining all options and the breakdown of the payments and services. She was very friendly and I enjoyed speaking/working with her to get my son transitioned to their office from another affiliated office. Dr. Simon was also super friendly as well and thorough in explaining the Malik's care plan and things he can do to help his treatment to be successful.

I had an excellent experience at Willow Orthodontics! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the very first visit. They made my son feel comfortable throughout the whole process and always took the time to answer any questions we had.
