The new Madison Yards Orthodontist ( sorry I forgot your name) and team is Professional and honest with you about your treatment options, your progress and what needs to be done. I like Adrian’s focus on Continuity of care and doing a high quality job every time . Her coworker (sorry again for the senior moment) is a great client educator. She is patient and answers all of your questions.The receptionist is kind and efficient . The office atmosphere is friendly and calm. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Markos is an exceptional orthodontist. I originally came in for an Invisalign consultation because my dentist recommended it for better oral hygiene. My biggest fear with orthodontic treatment has always been tooth extraction, due to previous painful experiences. From our very first meeting, Dr. Markos truly listened to my concerns. He took the time to calculate exactly how much IPR (Interproximal Reduction) would be needed and the scenario for teeth extraction. By our second meeting, he provided clear answers that helped me confidently choose the best path forward. I highly recommend Dr. Markos; he is a fantastic communicator who genuinely understands and respects his patients' concerns.

My 10 year old comes for braces here, and the staff has been amazing.  They patiently explain the process,  are super friendly, and even helped him to pull out a loose tooth (and compassionately made sure he was okay afterwards). We like the little details too - like the glam aesthetics of the office, motivational messages on the walls, convenient parking, and music that they play. Most of all, his teeth look great! In case you can't tell, we really love this place! Highly recommend!

Updates; Dr Karr left the office, And this is not bracesanymore. Staff aren't the same, service int the same anymore. I called three times trying to get hold of someone to talk to in the office. as I'm due for a new set, and I have been waiting for a month and a half for it, they said it'll be two weeks back in July. Not recommending this place anymore. ………………………………………………………………. What an Awesome staff! Always helpful. Dr. Karr is the best Orthodontist in town hands down!! Always lively, lovely, and warm. She fixed my teeth so well, and now they look like a piece of art!! Highly recommended.

I’ve had a great experience with Willow Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in, the office had a warm and welcoming feel. The staff is extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Markos is fantastic, and both the front desk manager and receptionist are always helpful and kind. One thing I really appreciate is how they take the time to walk me through every step of the process, especially when putting on my braces, so I always understand what’s happening. They also worked with me on pricing, which shows they genuinely care about their patients. The initial consultation was handled with professionalism and attention to detail, which ultimately made my decision to go with Willow Orthodontics an easy one. I've been in braces for about 4 months now, and although I'm not a fan of braces at this big age of mine, I am confident that willows orthodontist will get me right! If you’re looking for an orthodontist who takes their work seriously while providing a great patient experience, I highly recommend them!
