My experience with Dr. Brandon Morgan’s Iconic Orthodontics was very outstanding. The staff were very warm and professional. The office decor is clean and chic. My experience with Dr. Morgan was great. He’s extremely knowledgeable and gave me an opportunity to have input on treatment options. I am excited about my journey over the next several months.

Office Atmosphere – 5/5 Location – 5/5 Parking – 4/5 Staff Attitude/Demeanor – 5/5 Front Office / Back Office Communication – 2/5 Unfortunately for me, communication is critical. I have four people in my family who need orthodontic work, and I ultimately decided to walk away (on day one of treatment), because of ongoing communication issues. Across two office visits and about four phone calls, I received conflicting information regarding our insurance (we carry dual coverage). One person explained that I could choose which plan would be primary, while another told me it would be determined by the parent’s month of birth. That inconsistency (and a few others), made it difficult to feel confident about billing and long-term treatment planning. Before our first appointment in December, I completed all paperwork online in advance. When we arrived, I mentioned that I had already submitted everything, but I was still asked to fill it out again for both of my children. Partway through completing the forms, I was then told to stop because the original paperwork had been located. Experiences like this made the administrative side feel disorganized from the start. These may seem like small front- and back-office issues, but when you are considering entering a six-year plus treatment relationship for multiple family members, organization and clarity matter. In my experience, confusion around paperwork, insurance, and communication often leads to unexpected bills or misunderstandings later, so starting off this way gave me pause. I want to be clear that the team here is genuinely kind, empathetic, and professional in their demeanor. When I raised my concerns, they responded with understanding and courtesy, and I truly appreciated that. However, kindness and operational consistency are not the same thing, and the administrative experience left me uncertain about what the long-term experience might look like. Even with my experience, I would still recommend this office. I believe what I encountered may have been an anomaly, and the staff clearly cares about patients and families. Iconic, thank you for the welcoming environment, the hospitality, and the kindness you showed my family. Although it did not work out for us, we sincerely wish you all the best. ❤️

When I say top level service, this is exactly what I mean. From the coordinator Rory and Natalie, to Trey placing the brackets with such care and attention to detail, the service was truly exceptional. The environment was amazing, chic, classy, and welcoming. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

I honestly dont think i could've found a better place to go to start my braces journey! Just got my braces put on today. Everyone is nice, the office is spotless, great location. If you are thinking about coming here…DO! You wont regret it!
