Our first visit to this pediatric dentist started off rocky but ended on a much better note. I arrived for a 9:00 AM appointment and learned that several patients were booked at the same time. The manager couldn’t give me a clear wait estimate, which made me anxious since I needed to return to work. Although the communication wasn’t ideal, she stayed composed and tried to help.Once my son was brought back, things shifted. There was a short delay with the X‑ray equipment, but the technician was kind. One of the X-Ray guns was not charged so we had to wait until the second assistants completed and X-ray on another child. Matthew, who cleaned my son’s teeth, was truly the highlight of the visit. He was patient, informative, and very supportive of my son, who has a medical condition and was nervous. The TV helped distract him, and Matthew’s calm approach made the cleaning go smoothly. The dentist, Dr. Duliana, saw him around 10:00 AM, and the clinical care itself was good.I do think the office could benefit from more thorough cleaning and some updates—there were worn chairs, dust near the ceiling fixtures, and a few spots on the walls and counters.Overall, the staff were kind and the care was solid, but the environment and scheduling process need improvement.
Customer Service does not exist here. Consistently pushes appointments months out, and if you are running late, in my case 7 minutes for my one child and 30 minutes early for my other child who I brought both with me.You can't been seen, with zero flexibility, care or concern for your business or children. Hello additional months of waiting. Gladly, motivated to take my business elsewhere.
I rarely leave negative reviews, especially after being a patient at this office for over 5 years and bringing my children here as well. However, after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share my concerns. The first issue happened with my son’s appointment. I confirmed it online exactly as instructed by the office, yet when we arrived, we were told the appointment had been canceled because I did not call to confirm it by phone. This policy was never clearly explained beforehand. Today was even more frustrating. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and I arrived at 8:07 AM only to be told that I could no longer be seen because I was late. Moments later, I was informed that the real reason was that the doctor had an emergency and would not be available. If that was the case, why was I not notified before arriving? I rearranged my work schedule and my daughter school schedule to make this appointment, only to lose valuable time for nothing. What is most disappointing is the lack of consideration for patients’ time. The office seems to enforce very strict cancellation and lateness policies for patients, yet when patients are kept waiting for long periods in the waiting room, we are expected to simply understand. At this point, it feels as though the office may be scheduling more patients than they can realistically accommodate. Better communication and more respect for patients’ time would make a significant difference. I truly hope the office improves its organization and communication, because after many years as a loyal patient, this experience left me feeling very disappointed and undervalued.
My review goes completely to Doctor Jones. She’s absolutely fenomenal and I love taking my children to any location she works at. She’s very diligent and communicative. You leave without questions and I appreciate that peace of mind. I truly recommend her as a dentist and will continue to take my children to her.
First time here and everyone is very nice our dental assistant sandra was so nice and helpful with both my kids and she was able to take one of my kids last minute! Both there teeth look great! Would definitely recommend this place, this will be our permanent dental place for sure
